  Today was Harley's first experience at Smoochie Poochie and he came out looking the best he ever has. Looking like a stuffed dog 🐕🐾 He's never been groomed so fluffy. Last pic is his BEFORE pic. Just found out tonight his cousin Monty (Golden-doodle) goes to Smoochie Poochie too! 🐾😁

  I absolutely love Mikayla! She takes such good care of Grimm. She’s so gentle, loving, and patient with him. He has one brain cell and it hardly works ahah. Watching her grow and thrive at this business is beautiful 🖤

  Mikayla is a wonderful groomer! Always takes her time to care for her pets, and is always striving for better/ continued education. She is wonderful with my dog, Willow!

  NEVER GO HERE. My dog has been going here for a year, his first groom was last August. His first groomer Sydney was AMAZING, he loved her, and he came back from his grooming appointments with her looking fantastic. Photo #1 below is from his first groom with Sydney August 2023. Unfortunately Sydney quit, and when she quit we were reassigned to another groomer. This groomer had him on a 6 week rotation and saw him multiple times, she always seemed uncomfortable with him even from day one when he walked in the door. His last groom with her was 7/23 just over 30 days ago. When my husband went to pick him up, he was notified that Bishop’s grooming service wasn’t completed so we were getting a minor discount. He got off the table and rather than putting him back on the table, she walked away from the groom. Due to this we booked with Aussie Pet Mobile. This new groomer got to our home at 11:30am, at 12:43pm she asked me to come to the van. She explained that he had pervasive matting and impacted hair throughout his entire coat. His back. His underbelly. His legs, etc. She sent multiple photos and I physically went into the van and watched as she tried to brush him out with him whining from the discomfort and pain. Ultimately we had to make the decision to shave him, as to do anything less would mean his coat would continue to mat and get worse or he would have to sit through HOURS of pain to try to brush it out. His groom was JUST completed at 3pm, after 3.5 hrs of grooming. That was with a shave. I called Smoochie Pooch and explained the situation, the lead groomer was great but said she would have to run this up the chain. I asked for a refund from his July groom, not even multiple grooms, despite the groomer who worked on him advising this pervasive matting wouldn’t happen in 30 days. We were told no, best they would do is offer a de-shed treatment. A de-shed treatment on our now SHAVED DOUBLE COATED DOG. They are also now saying that the reason his service wasn’t completed was his behavior. It was SO bad they couldn’t groom him thoroughly, but was never mentioned to me or my husband. The only thing I had ever been told was that he hated his nails being trimmed and his feet, I told them to skip that if need be. I also find this incredibly suspicious, because if his behavior had been so bad the groomer in question wouldn’t have allowed him back for multiple appointments, and he definitely wouldn’t have gone back to them for a year. Considering Sydney did WONDERS with him and his groom looked amazing with her, this is definitely groomer error. Do not EVER take your dogs there

  We will take our dog there, NO More! After two years, the groomer would not do as I asked, and just shaved our Bernedoodle everywhere. Even where we agreed not to. Then the cost! Our dog was there the shortest amount of time EVER, and we had the largest bill EVER. Our 10lb dog has $94 bill. Smoochie Pooch prices have gone up 50% in just two years. Mgr says "no refund credit" We're through with it. (Before and After photos)
