Bark & Bubbles Pet Salon

We just moved to Wilmington Island and our two little dogs needed a new groomer! We tried Barks and Bubbles today and they took such good care of my miniature poodle and maltise Both needed some extra “spa” treatments which I didn’t know to ask for and the groomer just took care of it! Barks and Bubbles is located in a great location, clean, calm and lots of parking! I’ll definitely be back!

"They can TAKE a reservation, but they can't KEEP the reservation, which is the most important part." I walked-in to schedule a new cat grooming appointment with Fallon just last week, and scheduled for today 11/19. My vet recommended Barks & Bubbles. I gave the recommended prescription drug to relax my long-haired cat Bob before arriving today. When I arrived Fallon was grooming a dog right behind the front desk. Another staff worker checked me in and couldn't locate my appointment, she checked my new account using my phone number and not their system. I pointed to Fallon and said she took my information and scheduled Bob for today. When Fallon was asked if I she scheduled, her comment was "No I didn't schedule a cat. That's what other people said today." (What does that mean)! I tried too confirm with Fallon that we met last week and she scheduled for today. She stated she didn't, and continued her grooming. I told them I had drugged my cat for this. They never offered to reschedule me, just "you're not our system, sorry Bob". I stated, "If you don't want to groom a cat then don't schedule one." This is absolutely the worst customer service I've seen, very dishonest and incompetent staff -- I would not trust these people with any pet!! I support veteran owned businesses as much as possible but DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

New to the area, first time here. The shop is clean and inviting & the staff are friendly. They were interested in getting to know our dog & did a great job grooming her. She was relaxed & happy when we picked her up. We will be regular customers.

Macy is just amazing - I cannot say enough good things about her! My Bella is 16 years old and believe me, she is not the easiest lady to work on. Macy handles her with such grace and care no matter what. Some days she is just wild and can barley finish her groom but no matter what she always looks good and leaves happy! Everyone who works at Bark and Bubbles is so sweet. I love coming in and talking to everyone! Thank you for always taking great care of my little old lady!

We just moved to the area and found Barks and Bubbles - I’m so glad we did! They are woman-owned and veteran-run which are always two things I look for in finding a business. They were incredibly responsive to my first inquiry, took their time answering questions about Ava, and did their best to get her in even with their packed schedule (even took the time to call me for an earlier appointment that opened up!). They took their time with Ava who is senior terrier lady (13 y/o) with one not-so-good eye and mostly deaf. They asked me questions to make sure they understood what I wanted for her and took such wonderful care even outfitting her with a teal (my fave color) bandana. We already scheduled her next spa date!
