Doggie’s Empire Mobile Pet Grooming

Juan Pablo groomed my dog today. It was the first time he's ever been groomed as he was a shelter dog. Juan Pablo was great with him and did an excellent job. He arrived right on time and was patient and kind with Jasper. I'll definitely hire him again.

So this was my first time using this company I must say that my dog cut was very pretty/ nice just the way we get her cut but the lady said that she tried to cut around her eyes as much as she would let her well we get her back and she kept rubbing her left eye and we noticed her eye was swelling up and she cried most of the night the next day we had a family friend who works at the animal hospital come over to look at her and her eye was nipped so we had to take her to be treated so she would lose her eye. I sent this company a text and sent pictures of her eye and they never responded back to me not even saying I’m sorry or nothing so be very careful with your babies.

Horrible horrible service. First pic is from a previous cut done by another company (that I asked them to replicate and showed them the pic right before they took him into the van) and second pic is the lopsided cut that I got. Then Sofia (the manager) tells me that the groomer is done for the day and someone else can come out tomorrow but I have to pay another $15 after I already paid and tipped the first groomer. As ridiculous as that is, I was even willing to do it just to have my furbaby fixed, and after telling me on the phone she will let me know the time tomorrow, she never got back to me. After calling and reaching out to her, here's a screenshot of her not even remembering me. I am just amazed at how unprofessional a business can be. I am done with them I will take him elsewhere to get this fixed.

Laura did an amazing job with my Frenchie. Very quick response back from them making the appointment would highly recommend Doggie Empire Mobile Pet Grooming!!!! Extremely Happy !!! Will use them again best hair cut ever since I've been in Florida for the past 2 yrs .

My son is visiting for thanksgiving with his mini golden doodle Teddy. He needed a haircut badly and doggie empire was able to fit us in on short notice. Grooming him is no easy task as he is a little crazy but once again Cristina did a fantastic job and she survived the experience with him. 😊
