Befter Pet Grooming Mobile Service

We had a great experience with Befter grooming! This was our puppy’s first grooming, so Samantha let us know she’d do as much as possible without stressing him out, which we really appreciated. I showed her a picture of the haircut we looked for, and she took a picture for reference. His cut ended up looking very similar to what we showed. When we got him back, he seemed very comfortable and happy. Samantha also gave us some grooming tips moving forward. At the end we received an online “report card” that was really cute and helpful!

Service was great from setting up the appointment to the completion. Groomer was on time to the house and very polite. Did a great job on my husky mix

Not only were the cuts for my 2 Yorkies BiBi and Colombo perfect, the time they spent with the groomer was very quick. Absolutely will book again! Well worth it.

I've been very disappointed with Valerie the last couple times. I asked her to leave his arms and legs alone other than scissoring to even out. Appears she actually shaved all and left a few bald spots. I also brought up the fact to the person who sets up appointments that when I handed him to her his fur was black on his back. When I picked him up it was gray. Asked how he turned gray in 2hrs and she said his fur changes colors. I asked how in 2hrs could that happen? She couldn't explain. I always give him baths between visits and pay monthly for unlimited teeth cleaning and nail trims with another company. When she emailed me to make another appointment, I emailed her back that I just wanted his face/around eyes trimmed, she said it would be $65. Regular charge for full groom is $75. Asked if I met Valerie at any location so no gas would be involved what charge is? I never received a response. Of course I would never use Befter anymore.

Teddy loves Valerie! She does a wonderful job with him, he looks great!
