The Groom Room

We first met Morgan Jane after an experience with another groomer who said our Yorkshire terrier was impossible and would never be able to be groomed. He was 8 months old at the time. A friend recommended The Groom Room and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Morgan Jane is extremely patient and knowledgeable about dogs with anxiety. That was over 4 years ago. Initially, we had to stay with our yorkie while he was being groomed. After about a year Morgan Jane was able to groom him without him acting up. He now loves to see her when she comes. In fact, he hears the truck and yelps for her. He runs to her and displays affection! What a change. I highly recommend Morgan Jane as she not only cares about how he looks but is very patient with dogs with anxiety.

Morgan grooms my three dogs and does a great job. She shows up on time and takes the time to post the cutest pictures. I used other mobile dog groomers in the past that wouldn’t show up and didn’t call if they couldn’t make it. I would strongly recommend Morgan with The Groom Room.

My Havanese Zorro is a shy dog and was so stressed when I would take him to a groomer. He also has medical issues that require a gentle groomer. I was so glad to meet Morgan and to see how much happier Zorro was in her care during mobile grooming. What was a 4 hour ordeal for Zorro at a grooming location became no more than an hour and a half with Morgan. The best part is that Zorro is calm, happy, and beautifully groomed when Morgan is done. Morgan has been grooming Zorro for the last 2 years, and we love her kind and gentle personality and obvious love for dogs and her business.
