Prada's Mobile Pet Salon

I found out about this place right before I moved out of the area. They are awesome and it's very convenient that they come to you. My dog looked better than I expected. If you are looking for a great dog groomer. I recommend you use Prada's Mobile Pet Salon.

I apologize for taking SO LONG to review this wonderful company! Mr.Prada and his family have been grooming my 3 dogs for at least 10 years! Always wonderful to see them and they have always done a great job on my fur babies. Easy scheduling (they answer texts! which is a HUGE plus for me!), great pricing and service. For reference; I have a Chihuahua, a Pap/Pom Mix and a Fluffy Schnauz/Terrier mix. I highly recommend Pradas Mobile Pet Salon :D

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LIARS STAY AWAY. First off, this is the second time we've booked them and the first time they've showed up. The first time scheduled they claimed they overbooked and never showed up, never called us until the next day... Today they showed up 45 minutes late. My baby is 15 years old and he is very sensitive, old, and nervous. He has cyst, lumps, and skin tags which I TOLD them about. My brother was there with me as a witness. They cut and skinned him on many places on his body and left him bleeding in some areas. After I had my mother call them and show them these pictures they simply stated "We weren't told about this, and if she would have told us about it we would've been more careful, we'll take off for you're next service."......excuse me? Never again. If you were a professional you would've known better. MONEY HUNGRY.

After more than a decade of exceptional service, they've become like family to us. Our interaction with Prada is straightforward; a quick text message when Chewy needs a bath results in a prompt response with an appointment date. If we happen to forget, they seamlessly add us to a 6-week rotation and kindly remind us when Chewy is due for grooming. Punctuality is one of their strong suits, and they communicate efficiently if there are any changes or delays to the schedule. The convenience of having Chewy groomed right outside our front door is fantastic. All they request is access to our outdoor electrical outlet, making the entire process hassle-free. Recently, Chewy faced a challenge with skin allergies, and with Prada's assistance, we successfully nursed him back to health, eliminating itching and hot spots. Their expertise and support during this time were invaluable. We wholeheartedly recommend Prada to anyone seeking top-notch pet grooming services. 5/5 Paws 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
