Happy Spa Dogs Mobile Grooming

THE BOOKING: To start, the AI scheduling or whatever automation used is terrible. Auto booking groomer appts at unavailable times, having to correct and two groomers on the way at the same time is a broken system that needs addressing. It was frustrating last time but the groomer was satisfactory so attempted again before taking our trip to the east coast in two days. THE DOG: When at the door, asked for a 1/2 inch trim, teddy bear face, and trim the tail - the typical doodle cut. I was surprised to hear my bell ring in just 40 minutes to trim my mini golden doodle. Beyond shocked and dismayed at the result. I now have a bare skinned rat to bring to our family gatherings while on our trip the next two weeks. Will be looking for other grooming options in the future. It’s a dog. Hair grows back. But now I have to face my wife on why I chose a mobile groomer. (I know, she’s always right)

First time having Happy Spa visit our Beagles. The groomer was professional, friendly and intuitive with our girls. The bath service was thorough and left the girls silky-smooth. Both dogs showed no signs whatsoever of feeling stressed or scared. We will definitely re-book. This is such a wonderful service. The administrative staff and operations were 100% professional.

Annai is the absolute BEST groomer. We have a skittish rescue dog, and she took to Annai right away. Our pup has come out looking luscious and soft. Brandi smells floral and she feels SO good about herself! The seasonal bandana was the cherry on top ♥️

Eva was patient and kind with our dog who was a bit afraid due to recent hospitalization. Eva had taken the time to look up the breed standard for our Bouvier( a not common dog in US) and she did a great job trimming and grooming her. We are only here for a few months but I will be using Eva every 2 weeks while we’re here. She and the spa dog service are worth every penny!

Josie was so kind. Such a calm spirit!!! Harlo Quinn came back happy as a lark. Such a stress free experience for her!! Five stars are for that. Now, my appointment was at 8a and I didn't receive a call from anyone that they would be late. Josie didn't show up until almost 8:30a. After a half hour in the van, Harlo Quinn did not smell or feel as though she was bathed. Her ears were still dirty. It was as though she only received paw cleaning and clipping. Then I was quoted $130.00 and my card was charged $150.00. Not okay. I cancelled all future appointments. Very disappointed 😞
