I have taken my animals to Mountainaire for 35 years. Was in yesterday for a quick checkup with my dog. Met Dr Leon and a different assistant. Both I had never met before. That were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to be there! The gals up front were friendly and efficient too, as usual. Thank you all!

This is a great animal clinic! Best horse vet in the state! We drive 2 1/2 hours to get the horses to Dr. Z or Dr. Oldham. Very knowledgeable and great with the horses. Quality vet service at an affordable price.

I've been bringing my dogs to Mountaire since 2015. They've always been attentive to any of my concerns as a pet owner. We love Dr. Oldham, he's always taken our concerns seriously even if the issues are minor and is always informative.

You trust your veterinarian to diagnose, treat, and care for your animal family members fairly as their lives are just as important as ours. I'm speaking today because this was not one of those times. I took my furbaby in simply for her first shots and a nail trim, nothing complicated but she was so nervous as she is young and it was her first time. Unfortunately there is a technician here that has performed with negligence which has resulted in death to my furbaby and major emotional damage to me. They euthanized my emotional support animal when they didn't need to. I brought my furbaby into Mountainair and came home without her due to misunderstandings of her speicies and I followed every legal step I needed to take to obtain and keep her, it is completely legal to own her as I did in the state of Wyoming. She came from a legal well known breeder and was treated completely unfairly for being what she is. She deserved a fair chance and did not get it. They sadly didn't even think twice about it. I want to raise awareness that if you have any type of pet dog, cat, or even an exotic be very cautious of coming to this veterinarian as they do not actually all have the ability to care for your pets expecially if your pets are nervous. I am extremely distraught and don't know what to do or say as I clean up her toys and food except to warn others to not trust this vet and to please take them to a better technician who will take all the right precautions and warn you of any possibilities if anything arises good or bad. I was not warned of this happening and had no choice in the matter. This technicians choice took my daughter away from me and the trauma she had to go through for nothing and ending her life way before it should've been. She was completely healthy. She deserves a voice. This was completely unfair to her life and species. Speaking for my Nieces and Sister voice.

Mountaire Animal Clinic was amazing! I brought my very loved cat in due to her not feeling well! Dr. Nations completed a very thorough examination and explained all of the blood work results. She was honest and upfront with the diagnosis. With the recommendation of Dr. Nations, I left Stella there overnight so that they would be able to start treatment immediately through an iv. I was called by the vet tech that evening and then the next day (twice) to give me updates on how my cat was doing and what the next steps would be! Even though my kitty has a terminal illness they were so kind and compassionate! They took care of the both of us like we were family! I would highly recommend Mountaire!
