Just started going to this vet about 6 months ago with my puppy. I have had a great experience with them every visit. Super lovely staff and they took good care of Bowser during his neutering on his last visit. Prices are reasonable too.

Love the vet and the tech. We are switching because of the receptionist. I have only had 1 pet seen at the new vet so my other pets need treatment from wisconsin valley and I had to tell the receptionist today 3 times why I was calling. I told her to have someone else call me.

I brought my dog here for the last 6 years. They are very reasonably priced compared to other vets in town, and they never try to push unnecessary things to make extra money. They were always easy to get a hold of and get into even in urgent situations. But after putting my dog to sleep, there aren't enough kind words to express my gratitude. They let him pass outside in the sun and fresh air. They gave me all the time I needed and the staff was kind and supportive. They washed the blanket he passed on for me and made a beautiful paw print mold for our family. Best vet in Wausau

They got my animals in faster than anyone. And the level of care is amazing. 10 out of 10. Recommend.

I’ve been loyal to this place for over 30 years. Giving 3 stars only because I’ve never had a problem with routine care and the staff has been great. However, I recently for the first time ever had a need for more urgent care for my dog only to be told to go elsewhere or call on certain days early and hope you’re lucky enough to get in that day. One receptionist was kind and did check back to see if I was able to get in somewhere else and did schedule an appointment weeks out but when I called to try to get in sooner a different person was very unhelpful and again I was just told to go somewhere else. After 30+ years staying loyal I think I’m still in a bit of shock to all of this and honestly angry and hurt. Long story short, I did not go to where they suggested but was able to get in the same day elsewhere and was treated with compassionate, kind, knowledgeable care. Unfortunately it was too late and my sweet girl has passed now. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
