We had a great experience. Everyone was helpful, kind and on time. Checking in at the parking lot was a breeze as well. Overall I’m very satisfied. Just need to get my Howie through this recovery. I’ll definitely use them again!

The efficiency of the service was commendable, akin to a well-oiled machine. However, there was a challenge in promptly reaching a representative when my canine companion experienced a complication. I called and left a message and sent an email. Although an email was sent, I was unable to access it during work hours. In my response, I indicated that I would bring my dog in the following morning. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the clinic would be closed despite the website indicating operating hours from 8 am to 2 pm. Consequently, I made an unnecessary trip from Ellensburg, only to find the clinic inaccessible. By the time I received a phone call, the issue had already been addressed by my regular veterinarian at a cost of $75. Fortunately, the clinic only charged the standard fee for an appointment.

I bring multiple kittens into the clinic once a month for a rescue organization and the staff is very organized, friendly and efficient. They are great!

I love this place! They do great work at an affordable price. I’ve noticed reviews saying kennel cough is rampant here but that’s why your animal should be vaccinated against it. They aren’t causing it to happen, it’s a result of animals being in kennels, even though they have their own stall. This is true for all clinics with kennels (basically all of them). They do an equally good job than my regular vet. It’s far cheaper to have your animal spayed/neutered and/or get vaccinated here. I love this place and will be taking my lab there soon to get spayed.

Super helpful people. I was able to get in before my allotted time slot and get all my appointments lined up beautifully right after! Everyone here is so kind and understanding. My appointment was productive, and they were very knowledgeable and gentle with my kitten.
