Airport West Animal Clinic

Airport West is the best clinic in town! We have been with them for 7 years and had nothing but great compassionate care for our animals. Dr. Kieser has saved our dog’s life twice. She always does a thorough exam leaving no questions remaining when dealing with our animals. We recently had to put our cat down and the staff were so caring and kind in that delicate moment. We highly recommend Airport West to all our family and friends. It’s a good feeling to know your Vet cares for them like they are their own.

so many hidden fee's I call to ask what they charge for a 1st time appointment. they tell me, but they leave out they charge $100. for new pet charge. $100.? that is not a small amount to leave out. then they charge me nearly a 100. for a prescription that Chewy.com charges me 45. I tell them wow I can't afford that and will order mt prescriptions online. They say no problem, just have them send us her prescriptions. I do they deny them. I call and they say because you will have to pay us to get them elsewhere. another hidden charge they waited until the last min to come up with. I believe that withholding a elderly pets meds over the Christmas holiday for $20.00 that I also had to pay a fee over the phone on the $20. and when I asked where does a client find all your hidden untold fees? I asked for a receipt. she assured me she would send a list of all their hidden fees & a receipt with and what their charges were. Still waiting. I will be calling them Monday. and will unfortunately have to find another vet. I don't mind paying for my vet bills. But I do mind throwing in whatever fees you feel like. without being told about them. I think it is actually against the law.

Online it clearly states that the $100 new patient fee will be applied to your first visit. Good thing I called for an appointment because receptionist said it does not and they would be charging me $255 for 3 vaccines! Pretty sure this is false advertisement. Do better!

This place was awesome! First, they took in my cat as an emergency on a Saturday after she was attacked by a dog. They got her right in without any issue and took great care of her. The cost for this and what needed to be done was extremely reasonable as well. Second, coming back for a follow-up and suture removal, there was another medical issue and again, no problem listening and helping. Dr. Kieser is awesome and I could not have asked for a better experience in a very traumatic time. Thank you all at Airport West Animal Clinic! Mitty and I really appreciate it!
