I cannot thank SHS S&N clinic enough!!! Our big baby Otis (lab & pit mix) is 2 years old and we wanted to get him neutered. He does not do well around people, new places, other dogs, etc. And these ladies went about and beyond to help us get him neutered. After the first failed attempt and never making it past the outside waiting area, we purchased a muzzle that SHS recommended. We worked with him at home. Second attempt went very well and he is now neutered. The staff here are so kind and they thoroughly understand the anxiety that we went through with this procedure. Our "Oat the Boat" is now at home recovering. Thank you Spokane Human Society ❤️

My Nicky was neutered the other day and the whole experience was great ❤️ the front desk woman, I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice and informative, and helpful. Thanks for taking care of us SHC

this place was amazing. i’m a first time dog owner and i was nervous and didn’t want to spend a ton for my puppies first vaccinations. unfortunately they are only open two days a week so it may take a while to get scheduled. but it’s worth it for the fair prices. the only thing is you have to get boosters within a certain amount of time and i couldn’t get in before the time frame of my puppies next booster. no big deal though i just scheduled elsewhere! but the staff was really professional and friendly, my puppy went in super nervous and had to be carried, and when he came out he was more excited than when we got there. they took amazing care of him!

Horrible service! Risked my cats life! Gave him shots first appt and a cone that wasn't big enough. So he was still able to bite his wound then when trying to call THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE. SO BROUGHT HIM BACK IN WHEN HIS TALE STARTED TURNING BLACK because the cone they gave him was to small! They said they were to busy to give him a quick look! The next apointment they had was months out! Place is run by a bunch of clowns 🤡

Oops. We didn't know they had changed their walk in service to appointments. We arrived a little after 4 pm. They were gracious and put us on the list for our dog to receive her shots. Stated it might be a wait. A few months back we took our other dog there and the wait was painful because it was 1st come 1st serve. Realy like the idea of appts. And now they had out pagers. This wait didnt seem very long. We were just very thankful they would still provide us service. Friendly staff. Everyone wearing masks, encouraging social distancing. Do so appreciate the low cost of their services This organization provides a awesome community service that loves our fur babies.
