Pet Doctor

The staff was great when I called to make our first appointment. Upon arriving, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful with obtaining vet records from our prior clinic. I was delighted with their staff's level of service and commitment. I could tell they truly care about animals. We were able to address and resolve several concerns in our very first visit. I was also happy they allowed me to stay in the exam room during the procedures; although they were minor, I appreciated knowing what was happening with my dog's care. I also thought the overall costs were pretty reasonable. I would refer my friends and family to your clinic. Thank you!

Check in process was easy and friendly. Pager for appointment worked great. Dr Cindy listened and heard my concerns without jumping to conclusions. She made sure I understood the vocabulary and allowed me time to process our discussion. I felt confident in our plan moving forward. Grateful to have a team!

Gizmo always feels comfortable when at The Pet Doctor. Everyone is very loving and careful with him. He has been going there for a number of years. In addition, everyone is very welcoming to me when I am in the lobby and having to interact with any staff. I really appreciate everyone there.

We love Dr. Romman and the Pet Doctor staff! They are caring and take time with us, answering questions and following up on any concerns. Most importantly, they always discuss a range of options for care, and make referrals, if necessary, to specialists that we have found just as professional and caring. As new cat parents of a stray, sick kitten. We were freaking out! I called other offices no luck they were packed. I called Pet doctor and they went out of their way and found space for him that SAME DAY! So glad I called! The office is clean and they are so welcoming and professional. We had questions and they answered without any hint of annoyance and they were so tender with our kitten gave him some wet food and he chomped that down. This was a very positive experience and we are happy with the care and attention. Now a week later we have a happy, active kitten. Thank you!
