Every person that assisted us in the ER were absolutely phenomenal. They immediately put my nerves at ease, and took his situation very seriously and immediately took him back. After leaving my family vet with the reaction they gave him in the first place, I trusted them all to take care of my baby. They knew what they were doing, and explained everything thoroughly throughout the whole process. Thank you for helping me with my Junior and making him comfortable and safe!! I will always bring any pet here in the future, and will always recommend.

Dr. Wright, Tiffani, and the rest of the Medical Oncology med techs worked really hard to help ease my beautiful boy Finn through his final stages of life. They did their best to support us through the last 4 months of chemo and palliative care and were so understanding when treatment would become frustrating or scary. I'm forever grateful for their compassion and care for both Finn and myself. My boy passed peacefully at home on November 22nd... sooner than I ever expected, but he was able to enjoy his last 4 months on Earth with their help... and I got 4 more months with my soul cat that I might not have had otherwise. Finn passed with grace, with dignity and without pain thanks to the care of Dr. Wright, and the care we received from her recommendation for at-home euthanasia. Providing end-of-life care can often be a hard and thankless job... it's an emotional time for us caregivers, and the doctors and vet techs often bear the brunt of those frustrations when we feel lost or helpless...so from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful and thank the entire Oncology team for all they do... and have done for my sweet Finn.

Amazing staff. They saved my cat on more than one occasion. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, you can tell this is a passion for them. I'm lucky they were there when my cat had a scary diagnosis and continue to be here through his ongoing care.

A week ago, we drove from Provo to this hospital to bring our baby Cherry, to the emergency room. As soon as we walked in, the girls at the front desk quickly asked how they could help. They took her in immediately, and we waited while checking in. Throughout the entire experience, we were treated with kindness and care. When we met Dr. Hamblin, she carefully explained what was going on with our little dog’s heart and lungs. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our fur baby, as she was struggling. We are heartbroken for Cherry but also immensely grateful for the love and care that the staff and Dr. Hamblin showed her until her last moments. They also helped us with the request to have her paw and nose prints to take home 🤍 We’re especially grateful for their grief room, where we could hold Cherry in our arms while sitting on their couches, staying with her to say our goodbyes and hold her as she crossed the rainbow bridge. ❤️‍🩹🐩🌈 Thank you MedVet Team 🤍

This is Hugo! Hugo came in after having ingested some sort of toxin, he was is horrible (really horrible) shape when we brought him in, we were accepting that he might die. The staff took great care of him, he was loved and we were kept updated. He is now home and happy as ever, today, one week from being entered into medvet he ran 8 miles, he is 100% back!
