My dog was neutered here and most recently had to have surgery for a foreign object in my dogs stomach, the entire staff from the front desk, the assistants, and especially Dr Grover were FANTASTIC! Dr Grover is brilliant and very honest. I knew my dog was in good hands. They were all so nice, calming, personable, and so helpful! I’ve loved my experiences with them!
i was nervous about bringing my cat here after a terrible experience at SLSN but this place is much much better :) absolutely no complaints. the building is nice and clean and i felt like i was safe to bring my cat there for any procedure he may need. they offer wellness plans which save SO MUCH MONEY which helped me a lot, as someone who is having a hard time financially. the doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. the workers were so sweet and empathetic and full of compassion towards my experience elsewhere. i also brought an exotic to them to have a tumor removed years ago and they did fantastic on him as well.
Had to switch locations as I've moved recently and also had a lot of scheduling issues with my previous location (I guess everyone is struggling because of doctor availability), but my first time around with Creekside has been amazing! Every staff member I interacted with, from front desk to the tech to the doctor, were so kind and enjoyable to speak with. They answered all my questions. They were also incredibly helpful in getting a dental scheduled for my cat on short notice due to my plan ending/renewing. I felt valued and like the staff really cares about their jobs and clients. I look forward to continuing at Creekside! (And so is my cat, though she would never admit it!)
I cannot say enough about Dr. Grover and the team. We had an issue getting our health papers for our cats to travel overseas. They stay on the issue even through Saturday with the USDA. By the grace of the good lord and this outstanding Banfield team we got our papers on time for our travel. You guys are the best and you proved you care. Thank you.
I am in absolute shock from my experience on Friday. I dropped my dachshund Skye off for her appointment at 9am. After hours of not hearing anything, I called SEVERAL times without an answer and left two voicemails. I had to come in around 3:30 to find out if my dog was ready or what was going on, since I had ZERO communication. Not only did I not get any information more than I already knew (for what I'd dropped her off for), the vet was VERY non-chalant and glazed over explaining that Skye was barking a lot and hit a pipe with her nose?? They gave her something for it, and said to put antibiotic cream on it when I got home... not giving me much more of an explanation than that... when I got home, my poor doggo had a VERY swollen nose and there was a mark on the top of it. Hmmm... seems to me like they probably put a MUZZLE ON MY DOG WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and tried to say it was a pipe she hit? If it was a pipe she hit like they said, why is my dog in a place she can get hurt like that? Probably the reason I didn't get a call for so many hours and could not get ahold of them, seems like they were waiting to see if the swelling would go down before I picked her up... So unprofessional. And of course they still charged me $170 for the shots and an exam... I made an appointment for them to do much more than just look at the lump on her belly, I already knew everything they told me about it.... I told the lady all of that when I called to make the appointment. I'll never bring my dogs here again. It's really disappointing because we had an amazing experience with them a few years back, not sure what changed but this was the worst vet experience I've ever had. ZERO communication, and they didn't take great care of her. I would expect to take my dog to a vet and have her comfortable and taken care of. Disappointing..
