My dog went in for a simple mass removal. However, while in there, they noticed he seemed bloated. Rather than ignoring it, they did some evaluating and found a life-threatening cause. They called me and then were able to fix it during his scheduled surgery time. They saved my sweet boys life and I can not thank them enough. They are always going above and beyond when it comes to caring for my dog. They really know their stuff and can answer every question I have. Dr. Claire Varnai did amazing with the surgery and explained everything to me. They have called me several times post operation to check in on me and my dog and see what they can do to help and make sure everything is going ok. It's made a huge difference for me. They also provided me with various options for what best fit my needs when filling his medications. Highly recommend!
We have been taking our sweet girl there for two months now since finding her and we love it! Every person in the clinic, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors, are all so kind and seem to really care about animals. We love how thorough they are, and they always take the time to talk through all of our questions 😊
Absolutely the best vet I've ever been to 🙌 My big dog gets quite nervous at the vet which has annoyed staff in the past because he's a real squirmy guy, but everyone at Country View was so kind and patient towards him and were nothing but kind and understanding towards me as well. And then a few months ago my roommates dog needed an emergency spay, and not only were they able to see us right away, but they did everything they could possibly do to make it more affordable for us. They saved her life and it's so good to see her back to her lively self- in fact, she runs faster now than I've ever seen her run! Thank you Country View!!
This clinic is amazing!! We brought our dog here to have a lump checked that her previous vet dismissed. After talking to several of the vets and technicians here, we ended up deciding that the best course of action for our sweet Molly was to amputate the leg with the tumor. It was such a scary decision to make, but we are so so glad we did. They preformed an amazing amputation on Molly, she’s healing super well and has been thriving on three legs. After her amputation, we received biopsy results from the tumor that showed that Molly had very aggressive and sinister, soft tissue sarcoma, that had a very high probability of relapse or spreading. We made the perfect decision, and are so thankful that the staff walked us through this choice as well as they did, to make sure we made an informed decision. Also, in the week since Mollys amputation, the technicians and doctors have called to check on her multiple times. They are so thorough and compassionate with their patient care, cannot recommend this clinic enough :)
I was grateful to get in because I needed a vet check for my dog to fly on Alaska. I have had this done before, and it's a pretty basic experience. They just need to do quick check and sign a form. First problem was that I waited 1 hour to be seen. My appointment was at 8:30am and i am not sure how they were so behind. The vet tech and the vet were nice enough when we finally were seen. They spent a cumulative time of 10 minutes with us, mostly because their chip reader couldn't pick up my dogs chip. This was all what i expected until i received the vet bill. I was charged $400 for this 10 minute appointment. What?! For them to print off the vet check was $240 then they added an additional vet visit on top. I was so confused and angry. I let them know I thought this was unreasonable and they just said thanks for sharing.
