I wanted to thank Becker vca animal hospital for the care they did. My pudding passed unexpectedly at home last Friday, I called and asked if they did cremation services and they told me to bring him in. They were so caring and considerate to what had happened. They estimated two weeks for his cremation package and it arrived a week early. I wanted to thank them for taking such good care of him and his urn and paw print are beautiful! I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews for them but every member of staff I encountered were so sweet and nice to me. Thank you for everything you guys do!

We had a wonderful experience with Becker Animals Hospital. Unfortunately we had to put my sweet dog down recently. We were meant with a kind and compassionate staff, even the receptionist were kind to us and our situation. The tech and the vet both explained everything to us and were so sweet and gentle with our dog. There is a nice cozy room you and your family can mourn in with your dog with plenty of tissues. They were quick and to the point and very sweet to us and our dog.

The entire staff from initial phone call to discharge gave outstanding pet care. I brought in a stray cat “Coral” with a severe eye injury. Josh - great phone customer service! He was patient, caring and answered all my questions. Even told me about the military discount (I always forget to ask). Berenice - she was so caring & kind to my cat & explained everything so well. Dr. Taylor - excellent patient care & communication skills, answered all my questions & was so kind to my cat Analysa - she explained my itemized bill & explained the whole process & gave me time & options to make a decision, and she was kind & understanding. I appreciated the continuation of care after leaving the hospital via our phone follow ups. I also liked the practice of Dr. B Schwarz. He informed me he practices reduction of fear at the clinic and as a behavior technician myself and as an owner of a mega scaredy cat, I appreciate the assent he practices with my cat. I could tell my poor stressed out cat was definitely not as stressed as she could have been at the vet, and that really does make a difference in our experience. I also wanna shout out our tech Sandra B for being being awesome during my first visit. She made sure all of my concerns were communicated and addressed. She’s cool too so she made my visit less stressful as a pet owner.
