Vanguard Veterinary Clinic Redland

Had to put my sweet girl Angel down due to cancer. Vanguard made the process easy and comfortable. I called once I was in the parking lot and I was immediately taken to a room with a thick blanket and calming music playing. Thank you for taking care of us.

Dr. Patrick is absolutely amazing. My dog's had the same vet for 10 years, even when we moved I drove the hour to keep them with her, then she retired and I found Dr. Patrick. What a blessing she has been. She took on my girl who had a complicated case and treated her very well. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. Highly recommend this clinic. The vet techs and girls at the front counter are also very nice and helpful.

Claire, Kim, and the front staff are not easy work with. They will ensure you feel as if they’re doing you a favor. If they’re busy they will serve you in the lobby amongst everyone else and will gladly rush you. Disappointed in how the service has changed. New staff and management and is needed. We found a better clinic who are more welcoming and we will no longer support VG.

The veternarians are awesome. However the front staff needs to work on their customer care skills. I went to get my dogs monthly flea medicine and Victoria angrily told me “you know you should call in first so that we can have it ready!” I replied , no I didn’t know that. I’ve only gotten this twice before. She replied no I always tell you that! Geez she acted like she was doing me a huge favor by taking my $50. The docs are great, just be prepared for the front desk attitude.

Wonderful experience at my first visit. Jenna vet technician helped me and my doggie, and she was so helpful.
