Amazing and friendly staff, willing to work with you so your pet gets the best care possible. getting updates about your pet is a relief, being able to call ahead and ask to visit your pet or even ask for an update yourself can be healing for so many. thank you thrive for saving my Xena ❤️‍🩹

My dog Ernie was very sick and transferred to this facility because they could not keep him over night at the urgent care clinic where we took him initially. Despite the urgent care clinics concern for another diagnosis the doctor that saw him when we arrived was extremely knowledgeable and recognized a completely different diagnosis. He was dx with hemorrhagic gastro enteritis (HGE) and was very sick. He had to spend 2 nights in the hospital because the first night he declined even more. I was very worried but they took excellent care of him and kept me up to date with all of his status changes. The Dr called me in a very timely matter and when I called for an update I was able to speak with a vet tech about his condition. I give them all they credit they deserve because their team saved my dogs life. This facility deserves 5 stars because of their knowledge base and compassion for all of their patients. I’m so greatful that I got to take my boy Ernie home 😁

Such a great pet hospital. The wait time was minimal and my sweet kitty received prompt attention. She was feeling much better immediately after treatment. The vet was kind and very informative. She made making a decision very simple. I’m very grateful for this hospital and will be using it for all my babies in the future. Arya thanks you.

We unfortunately lost our dog last night, obviously it was not easy for any of us. The staff at Thrive were so compassionate and understanding. From the front desk to the doctors, the were so patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. Even when they brought him out to us the staff was emotional. We truly felt like it meant something to them and we weren’t just another customer. Thank you to all those who did what you could for our Kota.

We brought in our elderly cat Ms. Kitty due to her not being able to breathe from a URI, When we got there they immediately took her back and started assessing her and found out there were other health concerns and issues with her since she was 17. Doctor went over a few plans for her that would be in our price range to give her some type of care. In the end it wasn’t enough and Ms. Kitty was ready to go. I just want to give a huge shout out to the staff as they took care of her so gracefully and always gave us updates when we called to check up on her. They never made us feel like an inconvenience and spoke so calmly. The mannerisms of how they took care of our beloved cat and just how gentle and compassionate they were, were just beyond what we could imagine. Gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes before and after having to lay our sweet girl to rest. Gave us information for how we wanted her to be cared for in the end. Thank you again to the staff at thrive as they held the situation with professionalism and empathy. They really do care about our pets and hopefully we won’t have to see them again for a very long time. Till the at time comes again we will be back.
