This place nickle and dimes you. I took 2 cats in to get spayed. I asked them what do I need to bring I was told just bring the pet, payment method and current vaccination. So I brought what was asked of me. Then when they take my pets in to the back they requested an additional amount per pet for not bringing in my pet carrier and having to use their kennels. Then after the surgery they charge me another fee per pet because they were in heat. And as I sat in the waiting room waiting for my pet to be discharged I hear the receptionist tell almost every person. That it's and additional charge because their pet was in heat. Sounds a little suspicious to me but I had no choice but pay. No use in arguing. In all I paid about double than expected because of several EXTRA charges. The wait is ridiculously long for drop off and pickup. The customer service was average. I am told to return and get stitches removed in 10days..bet I have even more charges upon my return. I do not recommend this place unless it's last resort. And expect to spend lots of money and time here.
Absolutely a disaster. Only the girl in the front desk is nice and professional, the rest are rude, and miserable, the " doctor" included. They wanted to add an additional fee because my dog was obese. I went there looking for help because she is loosing weight without reason. See pics
Steer clear of this place at all costs! Let me break down the nightmare that was my one and only visit. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog’s vaccines since my regular vet was booked solid. This place claimed to have an “appointment” slot open (those quotation marks will make sense soon). They called to confirm the day before, and I said yes, thinking it was all set. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to be greeted by a rude front desk girl (the attitude seems to be a top-down issue with the owner). She hits me with a $220 charge right away. I paid, filled out two carbon copy forms, and was told, “they’ll call you when ready.” The “waiting room” was a joke—about 3 feet wide and 8 feet long, packed with at least 20 people. I waited a while and then noticed my form marked as “walk-in.” I went up to clarify that I had an appointment, hoping to avoid wasting time. She just shrugged and said, “it’s all the same.” Well, I’m thrilled I went through the hassle of making and confirming my “appointment.” After waiting for an hour in this cramped, dirty space (seriously, it’s gross), I had no choice but to stick it out because I needed the vaccines before a vacation. Now I understood why they make you pay upfront. Finally, they took my dogs in, one at a time, and I got the vaccine papers. I headed home after spending hours there and tossed the papers on my table. Later, I came back to find my dog had eaten them (the irony, right?). I tried calling the place over and over to get a replacement copy emailed, but no one would answer. So I had to go back. The same rude girl was there, and she tells me it’ll cost $20 for a copy. Seriously? Every vet I’ve been to can just email it! My regular vet even sends it straight to the boarder. But fine, I handed over my $20. She had me fill out yet another carbon form, drops my $20 in the safe, and says she’ll call when it’s ready. I told her I’d wait because my trip was coming up and I needed it right away. She tells me it could take 30-60 days. Yes, you read that right. Long story short, we missed our trip because of this ridiculousness. This place is a total rip-off, from the upfront payment to the $20 “copy fee.” Absolute theft, plain and simple.
I wish I could give this place a negative 1000, this is the worst , most unprofessional place ever. Me and my boyfriend took in my puppy to get spayed. She was needing to get fixed and were desperate to get her in anyone since every other vet was full. We showed up and they originally messaged us to show up at 9:00am for the “appointment”we got there at 8:45 and I went to the front desk lady to ask to check my dog in and she said “did you see the papers outside” mind you, this was our first time here so we were genuinely confused. I went back outside and filled out the papers. I went back inside to give the papers and then the front lady proceeded to tell us to wait till they call her back. We waited about an hour and a half until I went inside to ask if they called her name , since there was no room in the place and it smelled awful in there. Then they finally called my dog back and told us we’ll get a call or text when she’s done. We waited , and then got the text about 3 hours later that her procedure was complete. We drove there and went right to the front desk and told them we were ready to pick her up, and then we waited about 10 more minutes until they finally brought her out. When we first saw our dog I was disgusted. She was just thrown at us and was covered in her own puke and smelled like fish , literally the worst smell ever. We asked the front desk lady (who was rude the whole experience) and tech if we could have something to clean her with , both of them ignored us and didn’t help at all, plus there was no towels in the restroom so we had nothing to clean her . This kind lady had napkins on her and gave them to us to help clean her, the nice lady also helped clean our dog , which the workers should’ve done. She also had blood on her front leg , it would make sense if it was near her suture. I am absolutely disgusted with this place and I recommend no one to come here if you are looking to get your pet spayed/neutered. Please read the reviews before you bring your pet here because there are a lot of bad ones !
Everyone was very friendly and helpful! My experience here was the complete opposite to most of these reviews. I took in a stray cat today and got her a check up, vaccinations and tested all for around $120 to make sure she’s good to take home to my other cats. While I agree the wait can be long, it’s what I would expect for a walk in, low cost clinic. It is definitely worth the money I saved. It might be better to wait outside, if the weather permits b/c the office can get crowded and kinda stuffy
