Night Watch Elite Animal Emergency

I honestly cannot say enough about Ryan and Dr. Manning. I recently brought in my 4month old Doberman following some strange behavior he was exhibiting. Not only was the staff prompt and polite, but Ryan made sure to keep me updated every step along the way. Once I spoke with Dr. Manning I got a renewed sense of relief due to his impeccable bedside manner and calm and confident disposition. Once all things were done they even helped to ensure that I didn’t leave their facility financially drained. It is such a huge joy to find a place that really seems to genuinely care about our pet families and not just the money associated with them. Though I don’t hope or plan on having many (any if I had my way) more emergency visits, I do know this is where I will go if that time comes. Thank you again, Ryan and Dr. Manning…you guys are true blessings and I am beyond thankful for you and all that you do. Stay blessed.

We brought our cat here for a urinary blockage that he had a month prior so we knew the symptoms. When we arrived, I saw the sign that read to stay in our car and call for them to pick up our pet. Although we waited in our car, Ryan came out multiple times and never left us wondering what was happening. Dr Manning called and explained everything that was wrong, and was extremely friendly and professional. Ryan came back out and showed us an estimate of the price, and helped to reduce that price by taking off certain procedures we didn’t need. It was definitely pricey but it is an emergency vet and they were very thorough. The only downside in my opinion is that the office closed at 8 AM and we would’ve had to come pick up our cat and transfer him. Ryan referred us to Thrive and our baby was seen right away. He saved us thousands of dollars and obviously your pet is the priority over the money they could make. I would always recommend and would trust them with any of our babies again (but hopefully won’t have to!)

I am so incredibly grateful for the overnight crew, and the emergency service my pup received at The Night Watch!! The diagnosis and treatment process was accurate and successful as my senior dog improved over a 3 day period from a potential life threatening condition. The diagnostics also revealed several other conditions in which my regular Vet overlooked at a recent evaluation. The tech, Ryan, was patient and transparent when relaying pricing and all potential options available so my husband and I could make a proper decision in the treatment plan. I will absolutely entrust in this facility if I encounter another emergency situation with one of my pets.

Night Watch has helped us out with my dogs numerous times, and always during situations in which I was anxious and worried about my fur babies. Every time they have taken great care of us, making sure we fully understood the care our dogs were receiving, and answering any questions we had, putting our minds at ease. Tonight, it was Floyd that took care of our boy, Meatball and he was fantastic. He was personable and helpful. I could tell my boy was in good hands in Floyd’s care. Thank you again for helping us sleep easy at night, knowing our dog was taken care of.

Overall had a great experience during a scary time with one of our dogs. Morgan is the best vet tech in the business! She was so kind and knowledgeable, it made the whole process so much easier. Her and the vet walked me through every step and did their very best to keep me at ease. Highly recommend!
