I wish it wasn't this way, but I feel like these people are crooks. It's all about money, not your pet. I agree with some of the other reviews on here that describe paying thousands for very little information or misdiagnosis. They ask you to pay, then pay more, then pay more. They also want to run every test they have and their $200 base exam fee is worthless, then everything else is charged on top of that. They seem to want to try whatever costs the most to see what your financial tolerance is. It feels like their mindset is essentially "How much can we get outta this sucker?" I compare it to a dishonest mechanic. You bring your car in for one specific issue, but they run a diagnostic and found several other issues, and, well... That's gonna cost ya. Alas... It's the only emergency vet clinic in the area, which is why they can rip people off like this. $200 to walk in the door. $700 for an ultrasound. $500 for blood work. And I know it's all crooked because they'll come back over and over to see how much you can pay for a different option. They hold as much information as possible until you pay for another service. It's crazy. I know it's a business and you have to make money... But taking advantage of people's love for their pets and whatever unfortunate situation that brought them in... Well that makes me sick.

vet and staff were friendly and professional, our bailey was sick. she is doing much better. We had our pup Bear in for diagnostic surgery and overnight observation. All staff, vet doctors, techs, front desk staff were amazing. They really understand how much our pups are our kids. Definitely recommend this place.

I’m so grateful to MissionVet for seeing Ollie so quickly after his allergic reaction last night. While they did require a larger deposit (understandable for an ER vet), I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful they were with my reactive dog. The care and attention they showed him were exceptional—he even came out without his “party hat,” which was amazing to see granted how nervous he was when he first came in! They provided detailed instructions for his care, and to my surprise, the final cost ended up being much lower than the deposit. Thank you, MissionVet, for your urgency and compassion. I feel reassured knowing Ollie is in great hands should we ever need to return.

I had to bring in my cat Buck in for an assumed treatment of cholangiohepatitis. The first vet I brought him to could not figure out what the issue was as his condition continued to deteriorate. I was referred to MissionVet. Intake at MissionVet was extremely professional and everyone on the medical side from the techs to the doctors seemed extremely concerned and were also extremely knowledgeable. I wish I remembered their names so I could compliment them on their professional courtesy. Additionally, my cat is MEAN to strangers even when he's feeling fine. So he was especially mean during his stay here but they were able to wrangle him just fine, which I know is a task in itself. EDIT: Amy Robinson was my intake vet and i could not be more grateful for her insight and her team!! My only issues were with billing, but we're resolved. 1) This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE WITH A CAPITAL E. Have a plan with your finances, they have carecredit etc. But just be prepared for A SHOCK when you hear the cost. I got lucky that my pet insurance covered a portion of my bill. 2) Trouble checking out with my bill, and refunding the amount that was below my deposit. I had to help the front desk clerks figure out how to do this. Luckily, I work in tech and was able to help them figure out the billing system, but that shouldn't be my job. 3) The intake form needs to be revised to include VETERANS as well as retired and active duty. This was a point of contention when I was trying to get my discount because I checked "Not active or retired". So the billing dept tried to tell me I couldn't get their "veterans discount". There is a major difference between the three but all should qualify. This issue was resolved but took a few phone calls. Overall I would absolutely come back!! The billing hassle was not a major issue but I felt needed to be addressed for future customers. I'm just happy to have my cat back at home and feeling better and acting like his old self. My only regret was not coming to MissionVet FIRST as to avoid the second bill from the first vet to tell me "we don't know, go to mission"

We had to bring our amazing German Shepherd in due to a breathing emergency. Mission Veterinary got him right in and ultimately found out he had cancer and euthanasia was recommended. We brought him home and unfortunately had to do say goodbye the next day. As difficult as this situation was we were treated with the utmost professionalism and the Vet we saw was amazing. We lost our best friend but this facility was as helpful as we could have asked for. Thank you Mission
