The overall care was good. I had to have my pup seen asap because she broke her declaw nail and it seemed to be hurting her. This is the only vet that was open on an early Sunday morning near me. Everybody was friendly for the most part. The vet was very informative and patient with my pup because she was so nervous, I didn't catch her name it was a younger black lady. Only thing I really got frustrated about was after my dog's procedure he was just laid out on the exam floor still sedated, the tech kept telling me to just keep trying to arouse her after about 20 minutes of no progress I thought to myself I just paid y'all almost $400 to remove a toenail come help me with my pup! I paid for a medication to be given to reverse the sedation I don't know if my dog is just very sensitive or if the medication didn't work or was it enough but my dog was sedated for the remainder of the day. So much so even when she would try to get up her back leg wouldn't hold her up and she ended up having an accident. All in all we got the service we need And she's back to her normal self! Would definitely return for emergency services if needed hoping we don't need that anytime soon
My dog fractured her little arm after hours and this clinic was able to see her ASAP (7 pm-ish). They were very friendly, skillful and proficient! Based on my experience with Dr. Ridder last night, who took the time to communicate my dogs issue and our options. I would recommend this emergency clinic to anyone in need of an after hour professional.
we had a good experience here. A little wait time, but it is a E.R. after all. Staff were friendly and attentive. My baby had a small cut that required 3 staples, Ended up costing $278 for the visit which included medications. I thought this was very reasonable for an E.R.
The care and compassion that all the staff showed made what was the worst day manageable. I could not have chosen a better place to assist in sending our beloved fur baby to a better place. The vet's bedside manner with our baby, daughter and I was tender and sympathetic. Our wait time was minimal, and the cost was 1/3 of what the big-name guy's charge - even the cremation and on a Saturday afternoon (ER visit) too. Thank you, Angel of Mercy!
We were faced with the hard decision of helping our senior dog cross the rainbow bridge. It was a very hard decision but ultimately the best choice for our baby since he was not even eating anymore. The staff were all kind and the Dr was straight forward yet compassionate. A week later we received this sympathy card, it warmed my heart, it is nice to know they recognize our loss and offered their condolences, most certainly a gesture you wouldn’t expect or receive from a pet hospital.
