I usually never review places, but when it comes to a vet EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, I feel like it needs to be said. Firstly, the front girls were nice. They did their job, nothing to be said there. But wait times are actually horrible. At first, it was just me waiting for my cat to be seen. Once in the room, I waited for 45 minutes for my cat TO BE SEEN. I decided to walk out. While walking out, there was maybe 4-5 people in the waiting area, waiting to be escorted to a room. One of the pets was whining in the waiting room...Yeah, this place is either severely understaffed or insanely bad.
So we took our baby here last night for a snake bite, I was stressed and worried and of course I wanted him to be seen right away, but also, there were plenty of people ahead of us so, I understand that for everyone there, their dogs are a priority. We patiently waited while the staff kept checking on us, after running numbers and options they kept him overnight, I called multiple times the next day to check on him and they were quick at giving me updates which I appreciated. My husband came to visit him, they allowed him to bring him food and play with him. We came back the next day to pick him up and waited a while, which we were advised when we arrived, again, there were dogs ahead of us and people kept walking in with their sick dogs, I do not Mind waiting cuz I know they took great care of my dog. I am very thankful they were open late at night and how good they were with us and for treating my dog.
I regret bringing my dog here. If I had known my dog would have died with cruel vet techs and a flip “veterinarian” (the woman vet with a reinstated license) I would have ran the other way. The vet told us nothing was really wrong with our dog (except a few minor things) and acted very condescending during the consultation. Be advised, if your animal is sick they will try to keep them overnight in order to charge a fee. If the vet is charging 1000 dollars a night with 50 + cages, they are making bank on your animals misery. Some individuals would be better waiting till they can see a proper veterinary clinic in the morning/weekday. We wanted our dog back… they refused to return them because the vet techs were “too busy”. And told us to return later in the day… however we then got a call that our dog died before we could return to the building. We were unable to be with them or comfort due to the gate keeping staff and constant threats posted throughout the office that they will call law enforcement on you. Which seems somehow unethical when patients are already on edge, because their loved ones are sick or in pain. When the vet tech gave us the body she had a grin on her face and placed our dog disrespectfully on the table. There is no telling what happened back there. The back room is a sad scene with animals crammed into tiny cages, soiled, scared and piled on top of each other. The receptionists are hateful and enjoy that they can stand between you and your animals. I implore you, please find an alternative. I know this is the only resource in our town for emergency situations but I hope this horrible place will soon shut its doors.

I love this place! The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful and do their best to work with you and get you seen as quickly as possible. I've gone here with all of my dogs' emergencies and have never had a bad experience. I recommend them for any emergencies you may have going on with your pets!
