I just want to give a huge thank you to Karen! she is the most sweetest, considerate and giving lady ive ever met. me and my boyfriend had to take our sweet rabbit to get checked last minute and his back ended up being broken which resulted in us having to put him down. she was there with us the entire time keeping our minds distracted from what was going on and even offered us her number and a place at her church! ❤️ she said she works for the man in the middle and i don’t doubt it at all. ive never met someone so willing to do as much as she did for strangers and she will have family in us forever!! we can’t thank you enough.

always takes good care of my Bruno. Very helpful when he had blood trapped in his ear and every time we needed an appt it was very quick to get one👍. Very nice Doctors and staff. One staff member saw my bruno needing help on the way to work and stopped to help him since he escaped without us knowing. Always will be grateful for Angels Vet

My family has used angel vet since I was a child , now I use them ! But the front staff excluding one or two are awful. Rude, short with responses and to top it off they treated me like a thief ! I took my sick puppy in paid an almost $200 fee. Came back for shots. They did not render the bill at the end of service. A week later called me as if I had walked out on the bill. Um. No maam one was not rendered and I chalked it up as maybe it was included in my prior bill. Instead of owning up to their mistake I was talked to like I did something wrong. If they would have been upfront about the mistake I would have no problem resolving the bill. . Now I’m offended and when we go back for more puppy shots I’ll be sure to make sure they do their jobs !

I've never had a bad experience here. However on this day they were accepting walkins. It's a Monday and the place is packed. 2 hour wait. I go in and try to explain the problem to the vet. Telling him this kitten is way smaller than she should be. He listens to her heart and gives her a dewormer. Says come back in 3 weeks if we don't see the weight gain we want. I was out of that room in less than 3 minutes. That was on the 25th. I tried to explain she eats way less than the other kitten from the same litter. She looks off and I wanted her to get scanned or something. She passed tonight, being the 28th. I never knew what was wrong. The sweetest baby girl ever. I could feel something was off but brushed aside by the vet. I get you guys were crammed that day. But an owner can tell if something is off with their pets normal behavior. We spend everyday with our pets. I felt rushed out of that room. Now I'll never hear her little meows again.
