Our sweet guinea pig was sick and A to Z was where our vet recommended we take him. The staff was so friendly and patient with all my questions. They did their best to give our guy a fighting chance. Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep. The staff was very kind and understanding the entire time, letting me spend as much time as I needed with him and going so far as to send us a card in the mail expressing their condolences. I was very happy with the level of care and expertise the clinic has. I highly recommend anyone with small animals or exotic pets to visit this clinic if you haven't already!

Dr. Todia was so helpful during my first visit with our red eared slider turtle. I’d never owned turtles and was really concerned about his care since we were there for an aural abscess on his ear. She made the time to answer my questions, give me advice, and was overall very attentive to me even though the clinic itself was obviously busy (phones ringing, multiple patients being cared for and clients being taken in). The downside to this visit was that I live 3 hrs away so it was a long day for me to bring him in. However she gave me some advice as to how I could care for him closer to home and assured me that for this issue I should not have to make the trek back out! Thank goodness! Super grateful for the vet techs and staff as well. 😊

I really like this vet!! It’s an experience for my dog everytime we go bc of all of the other animals they house on site and they treat. I see all kinds of animals that clients bring in while we wait and they also have rescue bobcats, turkeys, goats, emu, ducks, monkeys, and the reptiles and critters that are brought in while we are there. My dog is super curious and gets to see stuff he wouldn’t otherwise get to see probably in his life!

I just finished reading some of the reviews for A to Z vet, i KNOW everyone has Off day, were never gonna please everyone, 100% of the time. The truth is, most people only leave reviews when there mad/hurt/or upset, and i am in no way dismissing anyone else's experience, i just wanna express mine, along with my gratitude. I never wanna bash or insult another vet, so I'm not gonna name the vet I was using prior to coming here, so we'll just call them X vet. This is my story.... I was using X vet since Charlotte Rose (shih tzu) was a puppy, she got all her shots, dewormer, spay, flea and tick meds, microchip, ect. We continued going to X vet over the years for maintenance like rabies, and dental cleanings... around 4 years ago, charlotte started losing hair, I did what most moms do, called the vet, and Google everything I thought it could be. Cushings disease kept popping up, so when her appointment came, I asked X vet what they thought and if we could test. I was told it was probably allergies, spent $500 on an allergy test, and had to give charlotte and endless supply of shots from home. Charlotte's chest started to get wide, X vet did an xray, and told me her liver was large, and her kidneys were small, I asked what that meant, was told it was probably genetic, and sent home. 5 months later, on a sunday, charlotte started vomiting, she was acting normal, so I figured I'd take her to X vet Monday, when we woke up Monday, there were piles of bloody poop EVERYWHERE. Poor Charlotte's tail, and rectum were COVERED in blood, I wrapped her in a blanket and rushed her to X vet(9am) By Monday evening, they still hadn't seen her, they left her in a kennel in the back, just bleeding. So Tuesday morning I transferred her from X vet, ALL the way to A to Z vet, they kept in contact with me, took my concerns seriously, and when I mentioned to them what I thought it was, guess what, they had already suspected cushings, and ran blood work for it, the next morning, they called me to confirm. 2 months ago, i took a Foster puppy to X vet, because he was declining quickly. Like he lost use of his limbs, he couldnt even hold his head up to eat, so i rushed him to X vet, they kept him overnight, all test were neg, so they said.. probably fading puppy syndrome, and sent us home. 2 days later, i wanted a second opinion and took him to A to z vet, 3 hours later, i was told it was liver shunt, he was placed on meds, and within a few days, he was acting normal again. I'm so upset I didn't come here sooner for Charlotte, Dr Todia is an absolutely INCREDIBLE vet, and her staff is amazing. Regardless of how far the drive for me, I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much for ALL you do!

Unprofessional establishment that is negligent towards the diagnoses and prognosis of the animals taken to them and do not take accountability for their wrong doings. Our beloved pet had x-rays taken and blood work taken due to having a poor appetite. Once results came back, our family was told everything was fine, blood work looked good and surgery is recommended to take out a “fluid filled sac size of grapefruit”. We were told everything was going to be fine, we were given no risks at all. During surgery, we got a call last minute with the option to euthanize our pet since this “cyst” was actually cancerous. I was left with a quick and unexpected decision to make and I could not imagine waking him back up to only be in pain and was told he will not make it shortly after. Our family was heart broken because the doctor was incompetent or negligent to not “know” that this was a possibility??? Despite the unprofessionalism of not letting us know the possible risks of the surgery, the office still managed to charge us $1000 to only lead our family in a situation where we could not say our comfortable goodbyes. To top it off, I was told by staff that we could pay for the cremation services to get the process started, come to find out the day we were going to pick up the ashes (because we were told it may take two weeks) and pay the rest of the bill, THEY HAD STILL NOT SENT THE BODY OFF for cremation ALTHOUGH $330 WAS ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICES! They with holded our pets remains FOR 2-3 weeks because not every single penny of the bill was paid, YET we were told they could start the services if we at least paid for the portion then. We tried to conference with the doctor and the manager about the situation. Instead, we were given the manager and a doctor who did not even perform the exam or surgery. We conferenced with them and got no where, they could not see the damage done and they were not interested in compensating part of $1000 bill. They tried to justify that they did not charge for the “full surgery”. Well of course not, the full surgery was never performed, our pet was opened and left with a hopeless decision. They still charged us a $1000 and took no accountability, as well as keeping our pets body in a freezer full of other bodies (we were told this) until they got their every penny. I was astonished how a healthcare establishment can run this way, so please be aware. The original doctor was Dr. Todia, the manager was Chelsea. I can be wrong, but the doctor we conferenced with was a male and believed to be the owner of the practice.
