We took our Elderly German Shepherd to see the VET. The staff was very helpful and very compassionate. Everything was explained to us very well. The options given to us on addressing our concerns were made available to us so we may choose what was best for our furbaby. The prices for treatment are a little steep. But, well worth every penny to give her the best quality of life. Thank you so much! To all the staff who worked the night shift on Oct 15th 2024. Thank you for also calling to check up on her the following evening! (Pictures are from that night and the next morning.)
I took my pug for emergency surgery and they took excellent care of her. When i arrived there I was very concerned for her safety, but the Vet explained everything very well and eased my concerns. I was very appreciative of the fact that the Vet himself called me right after the surgery to tell me how my Koko was doing. The following day I spoke to Margarita, the tech taking care of her and she was amazing! She explained how my baby was doing and even sent me a picture of her, I will forever be grateful to her. I would highly recommend Pet Doctor 911.
Our puppy started throwing up constantly after being perfectly fine the day before. Concerned, we took him to the vet, where he tested positive for parvovirus. The vet gave us two options: the first, costing around $1,000, involved taking him home with the necessary supplies and caring for him ourselves. The second option was to hospitalize him for three days with IV treatments and round-the-clock care at a cost of about $2,300. We decided the second option was the best choice, and we’re so glad we went with it. When we brought our puppy to the vet, he was lethargic and not himself, but when we picked him up, he was back to being the playful, energetic dog we know and love. The prices are steep, but they reflect what you’d typically pay at any hospital. Business is business. Thank you for saving our dog! 🖤 —The Davila Family
I wish I could put zero stars from my realization after leaving the vet with my baby girl Bella, went in as en emergency as she couldn’t give birth on her own. Already accepting that she would have a c-section, my poor baby got a tear in the side of her vulva from the vet taking out the two dead babies with her fingers. (The other 2 are alive and she pushed them by her own after they took out her first 2 dead ones.) they wanted to charge me more than 1,000 bucks on a c-section that didn’t happened plus other “procedures”, just made her be in more pain and gave me pain killers and antibiotics. But didn’t stitch up the tear because she told had told me something about gas being trapped in her vulva(didn’t realize until today because they tried to take advantage on a very vulnerable moment as I pray for her health and her babies and didn’t see the actual tear until today when she finally let me touch her lower back.), I didn’t want to take her there anymore and I’m already looking for a vet in Mexico. I’m trying my best to keep her as clean as possible from her vulva as I get the money to take her to get that area clean and stitched up, the only money they got from me was the $570 (mind you I only had $600 left on my bank, they really tried to get more money from me when I kept telling them that I didn’t have any more) that I payed once getting there and then before leaving with her, to sign a waver that it wasn’t an emergency after all. I don’t recommend it at all, should of read the reviews before going there but the fear of losing her and the babies got the best of me and didn’t act right.
We are from out of state and had a vet emergency. The vet was gentle and provided different options based on our circumstance. She was also honest with the chances of recovery and reoccurring issues. The entire staff showed so much compassion during our time in the office. Thank you for being available in our time of need, even though it was a holiday and early morning.
