Dr Bourne and Morgan were truly amazing when we went for our initial consult. It's an absolutely terrible and devastating time for us since being given a lymphoma diagnosis for our baby girl Talia. Our girl is usually extremely anxious when out and/or at the Dr. Upon meeting with Dr and the tech, Talia was so calm. The Dr and tech both literally got on the floor with her. Talia went to them, laid next to her and rolled over for belly rubs. This was not only shocking but so comforting to see Talia's reaction to them. After explaining all of Talia's quirks, they assured us she would not be in a crate during her weekly chemo with them. This too was so comforting. She does not do well being crated and becomes highly stressed. This is such a difficult time for us and Talia but we are comfortable that the time she will be away from us for her weekly treatments, she will have loving care.

Last night we had to take my Labrador retriever to Blue Pearl because she had a second seizure after her first one ever that day. The vet we went to for the first one treated my dog’s seizure like it was no big deal. I know they see this stuff every day but they needed better bedside manner in my opinion. However, Austin at Blue Pearl was able to help us so much last night. We were so scared and emotional and they took the time to deeply explain what was happening to my dog. We will definitely come here for future emergencies!!! Thank you Austin for being so kind and helpful!

The whole staff on 10/27/2. We’re simply phenomenal, from the moment we arrived to the moment it was time for us to depart. The whole staffed worked as a team to ensure we were fully aware and made to make this process a smooth transition for us. We are deeply grateful with the attention and support we received. We will forever be appreciative of the staff on hand. Thank you so much!! We are lost for words at the same time. Dr. Erin Black & her amazing staff did such a wonderful job. Your team went above & beyond that white glove approach was outstanding!!! Each one of your team members to their time in explaining every detail every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better medical team to comfort us and help guide us through this difficult journey. Definitely recommend for anyone who is needing an honest opinion & the best option!!! They are hands down 10/10 the best!!!

I took my baby, Roxie (miniature dachshund), to this ER because she had swelling underneath her eye that was not relieved with OTC Zyrtec and Benadryl, and was gradually worsening. It was 1:30am and from start to finish, I am thoroughly impressed with the staff and Dr. Demetria Peoples! They exemplified true compassion, excellent communication, and top tier service. I cannot say thank you enough for helping my Roxie get better! This is the BEST Vet ER, and I won’t go anywhere else!

I have never met such kind and patient doctors before. A special thanks to Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Simmon. Their time is incredibly valuable, but despite my limited English, they never rushed me. I haven’t slept or eaten in three or four days because of my dog, and I feel so fortunate to have met them today! I’ve taken my dog to many hospitals in the U.S., but none compare to this experience. Their medical expertise is outstanding, and knowing that I’m a student and haven’t had a chance to get insurance for my dog, they did everything in their power to help. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors, everyone made me feel so warm and cared for. These compassionate doctors are truly deserving of every blessing that comes their way！！！❤️❤️
