Critter Care Veterinary Clinic

I recently took my pet to Critter Care for hospitalization. Dr. Reyes is incredibly skilled and compassionate, making sure my pet received the best care possible. Leslie, who is part of her staff, was also wonderful and very attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure that both my pet and I were comfortable throughout the visit. Her friendly demeanor and thorough explanations made a huge difference. Overall, everyone at the clinic does an amazing job, and I highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs!

My dog was afraid at the beginning, because he is always afraid when I take him to the vet. He tried to hide behind me. The people at Critter Care were very nice to him. They did what they could to make him feel comfortable. By the end, when we were leaving, he was wagging his tail.

We had been looking for an exotic animal vet to remove our pet rat’s fast growing tumor. We took her in to this office and we were told to wait for an estimate for the surgery removal to come in so we could take her in for removal. After a week we heard nothing, I called and was told to give them another week. After the second week I called and was told I still had to wait. My pet rat’s tumor has grown so much it has began tearing her skin and we have no choice but to have her put to rest. If you have an exotic pet or anything that is not a cat or a dog please don’t take them to this office. Especially if it has something to do with tumors or cancer because they will not help you.

We took our three frenchies for their yearly appointment including vaccines. Dr. Reyes was so sweet and helpful. She is extremely patient, thorough, and takes her time assessing the dogs. We never felt as if she was rushing through the exam with either of our dogs. Throughout the day, one of our dogs appeared to be in pain due to the vaccines. I called the office and Dr. Reyes was quick to prescribe a medication for pain relief. I enjoyed that she provided us with education on allergy relief, as well as recommendations on possible relief shampoos, eye drops, and ear drops. Would definitely recommend!

Critter Care, for our fur babies, is truly the best. Dr Reyes is amazing and she listens to your babies concerns. The staff is amazing and always go above and beyond.
