Creekside Pet Care Center

It’s taken me awhile to write this, but our sweet little lady had developed a heart murmur and had to be put down. The doctor and techs were so kind & patient through the whole process. They even had a candle lit for her as we left and sent us a very sweet letter with her prints afterwards. I was able to get a memorial tattoo for her with the prints that they did. Amazing place, amazing people, 10/10 recommend.

I had the pleasure this evening of getting the assistance from Dr. Martin and Emily, vet tech and Sarah the assistant. I cannot express enough how appreciative I was of them helping me out with my fluffy Frenchie. We came in with a very scary eye situation. They were quick and efficient and explained everything step by step which made it very easy on me. I was in and out with this 2am emergency within 45 minutes! Thank you Emily, Sarah and Dr Martin! We will be back.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic with Elf! I was very pleased with the entire staff; they were caring and extremely helpful when I felt worried. Dr. Um is the best! He answered all my questions, and I had quite a few—I tend to be quite worrisome. He even wrote them down for me to take home. Elf currently weighs only 1.6 pounds, so he needs to gain some healthy weight.

Everyone was very kind and friendly from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Creekside truly does work in a happy, clean, and safe environment. However, my technician did not fully listen to my questions or give clear answers. The doctor I saw was also very kind, however I lost some trust in her ability when she said "I'm learning so much today" after I told her about the type of cat I had. Finally, I was told I would get results on a test in "a couple of days".The test was Tuesday morning. It is Saturday afternoon and I have not heard anything yet. In the meantime, I was told to isolate my 12 week old kitten- I do not feel like that was a reasonable or healthy option for kitten. I plan to return because my pets have always received excellent care from Creekside in the past. However, I will probably request a different doctor.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place and most importantly the staff is. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Marchand, tech/assistant Sterling, and customer service reps Lori and Stephanie. These people couldn’t be kinder. They have all gone above and beyond the call of duty. These people aren’t here to take your money but love on our babies and get them better. I saw a sweet pup get hit by a car tonight and they have done everything to be sweet and kind to her and to me. Bed side manners are literally everything when dealing with anything high stress, and they sure nailed it. Please take your babies here if you can!!
