I recently had to rush my dog to VCA Metroplex Animal Hospital due to severe respiratory issues. The situation was incredibly distressing, but the moment we arrived, the team acted swiftly, immediately getting her on oxygen. I was deeply touched by the care and compassion shown by the nurses and doctors, who were not only highly professional but also extremely gentle and understanding, knowing how emotional and worried I was. They took the time to explain everything in detail, ensured I was comfortable with each step, and even communicated with my regular vet, which meant the world to me. The fact that I could visit her, hold her, and check in anytime for updates gave me immense peace of mind during such a difficult time. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for Dr. Brown, Dr. Green, and the entire team, including Natasha, Zach, and the CSS staff, for their exceptional care. They treated Clover as if she were their own, and for that, I will be forever thankful. Clover and I are incredibly grateful for the love and dedication shown by everyone at VCA Metroplex. You all truly made a difference in our lives, and we can’t thank you enough. Me and Clover love you guys
I took my dog to this vet hospital because I was worried he might have eaten a blanket. While they examined him, they didn’t even check his temperature, which turned out to be critical. My dog had a fever and the flu, but they completely missed it. When I take my pet to a vet, I expect them to investigate thoroughly, especially since I don’t know what’s wrong—that’s their job. Instead, they were quick to take my money and provided little to no real care. To make matters worse, when I called back two days later, they didn’t care or pay attention to my concerns. When I mentioned leaving a bad review to a girl that speaks Spanish in the front desk, their dismissive response was, ‘Good for you. Good for you.’ This lack of professionalism and empathy is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place for anyone who values proper care and compassion for their pets
If you love your pet, bring them anywhere but here. They will swindle you and harm your pet in the process. We brought our sweet Kenzie girl here to have a non-life-threatening hematoma on her ear drained. The doctor recommended a cytopoint shot, which killed her in a matter of days and cost us $700. If we had not taken her to VCA, she would still be alive today. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. VCA, don't pretend to care in your reply because I'm writing a negative review. I know you only care about squeezing as much money out of people as possible, and you're only responding because you think it makes you look better. You know what would make you look better? Actually caring about the pets in your care and not ripping people off. I would leave zero stars if I could. Come here if you want a broken heart and an emptied bank account.
I had to rush my dog in for an emergency, and the staff at VCA took care of us quickly and with incredible kindness. The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of relief. They were one of the few places that truly took my concerns seriously and provided the care we needed. Thank you so much, VCA—I will always choose this location over any other. My baby has to stay overnight but I know she is in good hands.
Our experiences here with Chloe while we were blessed with her presence were exceptional. And knowing that yall loved her too made us feel safe. Thank you for everything you did for her, everyone of you. Dr. Green will forever hold a place in our hearts as well.
