Beyond grateful for the teams’ hard work. Their staff were all courteous and helpful. The vet who assisted me did a great job on explaining Cleo’s diagnosis and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. The staff also did a great job on providing me updates post surgery. I also loved that they allowed me to go visit with Cleo after surgery. The fact that she also left with two braids in her hair also leads me to believe that someone in their staff was by her side caring for her. THANK YOU for all of your help.

Extremely rude .i don’t know now a days I guess people hire anybody . I called today because I had a concern about my dog getting spayed as I lost my fur baby a year ago and I just got another puppy and and some guy answered the phone didn’t get his name today at 4:08 pm picked up the phone and I asked a few questions about my dog getting spayed he explained some things bc I was questioning that if my puppy is healthy and gets spayed it makes me nervous if something was to happen because the way he answered gave me doubts and I was very concerned and said basically that if she spayed that will she be ok if she get put to sleep and concerned that she don’t die or anything and this guy literally hung up on me . What kind of person are you ? If that’s how you are what makes you think I would feel comfortable bringing my puppy over to you to get her spayed . Absolutely terrible customer service I would never trust with my puppy. If that’s how you treat customers who are concerned about their family member because dogs aren’t just dogs they our family imagine how you treat people dogs when they not around? Yeah no I’m never bringing my puppy or dog to you guys . Terrible customer service 0/10. I never got treated like this . Disgusting !

The best! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable willing to help in everything. They asked what the problem was and gave us options. Very affordable and flexible thank you so much for all you do.

I have brought both of my cats here. One cat for being lethargic and not eating and the other with an appetite but constantly vomiting. The Dr. did not try to upsell me anything. Dr. Daniel gave me options and I appreciate that. Both cats had X-rays that came back negative for foreign obstruction and were given antibiotic shots for inflammation. The cats recuperated swiftly and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend this Vet.

The employees who took care of my dog were incredibly sweet and greeted us with care. However, the front desk staff were a big problem. One woman made us walk around without indicating she was talking to us, and the lady who charged us didn’t even bother to say thank you. There was also another lady sitting beside her who was just giving weird looks. I understand they’re young and still learning, but the whole experience was very unorganized and unprofessional.
