I had a great experience with the visit for my dog’s yearly vaccines! The front desk was friendly and polite and our tech was so sweet with my Sophie. We had a little wait due to the internet going down at checkout but that’s out of their control and I had no problem waiting. Thank you! We will be back moving forward for all and any needs we may have!
Great service. Took my Pyrenees to get neutered, dropped him off at 7am and picked him up at 4:30pm. Everything went great.
Update Oct 8: same. They say you're appointment is at 7 to drop off but what is the point of telling 50 people to drop off at the same time and having them wait an hour? I went and ask about 30 people if they had an appointment and they ALL did so the owner saying the people in line don't have an appointment is a lie. Drop off should not be at 7, it should be from 7 to 9 as you will literally wait in line that long. Was in line at 6:45, went up to the door at 7:15 after they opened and the door was locked and some lady that works just kinda chuckled that the door was locked. They also don't "respect the line," people that show up late get to skip people that have been waiting in line the entire time. It is also not "free" even if you live in free zip codes. A grant pays for the surgery but A $40 deposit has to be paid in case your pet requires anything extra like a cone or something different pain medication. Adding a other pic showing the line even longer, but the line is even longer than what is shown in the pic by about another 23 people so counted about 52 people total Sept 19: Review not about service but about scheduling and wait times. I kept getting reminders by text and email to arrive at my appointment at 7am. I arrive and there is a line about 20 people long waiting. I waited until 7:50 and left since the line did not move. In the picture the only difference is they started letting people wait inside.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I took my kitten to get spayed, all of her shots, as well as microchipped and it was such an easy process. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and so was the man who talked me through everything they would be doing. They were very organized. Drop off was at 7am, they had taken her back and I was out of the door by 7:20. Everyone was so helpful and informative. The price was incredible for everything they did. Thank you guys for all that you do and taking care of my sweet girl 💗
I have taken 5 pets to get fixed at Spay Neuter Network in Buckner Blvd. My pet’s procedures and recovery have gone smoothly. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is best to show up early for drop off & take paperwork they can keep. Make sure to bring rabies shot certificate. They don’t accept the badges anymore. I definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here.
