Had to Euthanize our beloved pet of 14 years today. Dr. Robinson, Vanessa and staff were AMAZING. they explained the process in the comfort of our home, they went over what they were going to do, they were very gentle with our dog, they explained what was happening and what he was going through as it was happening. i thank the staff for allowing him to slowy go to sleep. they let our family spend as much time as we needed to say our last good byes as we held his paws and gently passed. i highly recommend calling Dr. Robinson if you need to euthanize your loved one in the privacy and comfort of your own home, not having to stress to take them to a vet clinic, just made the process less stressful in a time of your last moments with a cherished family pet. thanks again for your amazing and compassionate service.

Was scheduling an appointment for my pet for an at home euthanasia. Really disappointed in the professionalism of the people on the phone. There was a lot of attitude and I couldn’t even leave a review based on service when I didn’t get that far. I ultimately decided to just cancel because if that’s how bad the phone manners are I can’t imagine bedside manner. It also took me three days to receive an estimate because I work the exact hours they’re open. They did send me an email that had nothing in it but claimed it was an estimate. The second I mentioned it to the person on the phone the tone shifted to what I can best describe as exasperated and annoyed. I decided to go somewhere that is more expensive but they are extremely kind and professional and that is more important to me than saving a few dollars whether they allowed care credit or not. I will not be recommending this place to any of my animal lover friends and will continue to send people to vets that understand these aren’t just pets they’re family. I shouldn’t have to hang up the phone because an already difficult decision to make is overshadowed by a belittling tone. I work customer service as well, there is no excuse. I’m leaving a 2 star review because the prices are genuinely not bad at all and very affordable and I’ve heard great things about the Veterinarian. But a bad front desk will turn anyone away, always.

We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Robinson and her team. As visitors from out of town, we were fortunate to have her recommended to us. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Robinson's expertise and genuine care for our pups were evident throughout the entire visit. What stood out was her commitment to keeping us informed. Dr. Robinson took the time to thoroughly assess our dogs and explained each step of the process, ensuring we were well-informed about their health. Dr. Robinson and Vanessa were absolutely wonderful! I could tell even from my first contact with them on the phone that this is a team that loves what they do.
