The vet (I believe it was Dr. Oaks) that came out to our farm was phenomenal. It took about 40 minutes from first call to boots on the ground. My old girl choked. He was knowledgeable, and he eased my nerves. Then my girl decided to be a fire breathing dragon. He took it with grace and never faltered. I can not say enough good things nor say thank you enough. If you have a horse in trouble, give them a call. They know what they are doing!
Been coming here for years with my pet. In the lite of an emergency I called the clinic asked if my pet could be seen (she was hit by a car) and receptionist put me on hold, came back moments later and said we're booked up for the day but the vet said you can bring her in we will put her in a kennel and get to her today if we have time if not it will be tomorrow. I ended up taking her to macon co animal hospital and they saved her life and will be her new clinic. Dont take your pets here all they want is your money they don't care about your pet!
The STAFF OUR AWSOME!they took very good care of my fur babies and my little ones did not even whimper or bark ,they wagged there tail ,they got shots and nails clipped there definitely my babies vet ,i highly recommend them ,please check them out !
Called at 900am bc my dog had something stuck in her throat! Told me they had no appointments until Monday or I could book an after hours appointment for $200 !! What kinda of vet office does this? I bring all my many animals here and have spent thousands here! But they were more concerned about getting an extra $150 10mins after they closed! Heck no!! It wasn’t always this way but in the last year and half it has changed! This was at the Hartsville office bc there was vet at the Lafayette office!!
Thanks to Dr Lori Murray and the front desk lady, Page. This was our first veterinarian ever of the visit for my daughter's guinea pig neutering. We were nervous at the beginning. However, Page was friendly and ensured us his safety of procedures. There were many visitors there, one of their customers bragged how good doctor who Dr Lori is to her pet. The surgery went excellent. He does not have any complications and quite good appetite after surgery. It was only $75.00 for guinea pig neutering. Other vets cost more for this procedures. I would highly recommend Macon Trousdale Veterinarian. 👍
