Decided to switch vets & I’m so glad that I did. Not only for significant costs purposes but I also quickly found out how AWESOME the staff & doctors are. My Miss Bell was I’m so much pain after a spay & they quickly took her in, checked her out, & sent her home with liquid pain medication. Empathy & compassion are so important. If you’re thinking of coming here, pls do!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT HERE! I wouldn’t recommend this office to ANYONE. The front office was incredibly rude for no reason and the doctor was dismissive of all of our concerns. After getting tests done our sweet boy was sent home SOAKED IN PEE so bad that we asked for a pee pad to put in the carrier. There was a pool of pee. I’m not even sure how this happened? But according to the dr he is totally fine (we will be getting a second opinion after reading the other scary reviews!) I do not feel confident about this appointment at all. They want your money, plain and simple. They adamantly claim to have the best prices, but will push medication when they’re are more cost effective solutions. They want to charge as much as they can while doing as little work as possible. Nothing in the world could convince me that these people care about you or your cat. If you want a dismissive doctor, hushed whispers when you come to check on your cat, rude receptionists, and a pee soaked (still sick) cat, boy do I have a place for you!

I was sooo nervous about scheduling a grooming appointment for my cat but her shedding was getting out of control. I didn’t want her to look naked or shaved, but I saw that they offered teddy bear cuts for maintenance control on shedding for cats that have long fur (Ragdolls or Persians) and let me just tell you they DELIVERED! She looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier! Will be back again.

Went in as a new patient for a sick pet exam. Dr.Kate and her assistant Carly were amazing! Her assistant was very informative and kind. Didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to come in for the exam. Dr.Kate was very thorough and gentle. The office is very clean and the two kitties up front are very welcoming! Looking forward to getting my kitties established with their new vet (:

If you’re looking for a vet who will dismiss both you and your senior cat, look no further. It’s shocking that an all-cat veterinary clinic would be so dismissive and put a cat’s life at risk. Less than a week ago, I brought my 11-year-old cat in for respiratory issues. The problems began even before the appointment. On the day of, they called and told me I had to move my appointment up by two hours or reschedule for another week or two because the doctor needed to leave early. While I understand that emergencies happen, giving such short notice for a sick visit is unacceptable. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate their schedule, only to be dismissed by Dr. Levy. Her assessment? “He’s an orange cat. This is normal… they have a lot of mucus. He sounds perfectly fine to me.” She completely ignored the video I brought of him sneezing and coughing, brushing it off as “hairball-related” and blaming the mucus on “weather changes.” Fast forward less than a week, and I come home to find my cat fighting for his life. This situation could have been avoided if Dr. Levy and her staff had taken his symptoms seriously. Instead, they assured me it was “nothing to worry about.” To make matters worse, when I called the clinic to inform them of his deteriorating condition, the receptionist said, “I don’t know what you want me to do. The doctor isn’t here. I can send a memo to see what the next steps are, but we’re closing soon since it’s almost 5 p.m. You’ll have to wait until Monday.” The lack of urgency and compassion was appalling. Thank you to On Point Animal Hospital for taking my baby in as an emergency and helping him get better. $700+ later, but I’m so relieved to finally have a vet who genuinely cares about my cats and their health. I will never bring my cats back to the previous clinic or recommend it to anyone. The negligence, dismissiveness, and lack of care from Dr. Levy and her staff are inexcusable.
