They used to be great. But now you can call and call and no one ever answers. So much so that I was suspicious. You can be in front of the building, looking at the glass, seeing someone at the desk Not on the phone and not with a customer. You can call and they still won't pick up the phone. These days, on average, it takes 18 phone calls to reach someone (especially on the weekend). I've been with Banfield for 10 years. That might change soon.

Used to be a great place. Now you can't make any appointments or even get anyone on the phone. But they sure are quick to take your insurance payment every month.

Our cat has an issue with his paw, will not put pressure on it and and there is an issue with one of his claws. Called to make the appointment and informed them if this Issue. Get there, there is no one in the lobby, and get turned away for treatment because his rabies shot expired a few months ago. He is an indoor cat with zero interaction with other animals. they refused to see him, because she did not schedule a new patient appointment. This established turned away a cat, in obvious pain, because the initial appointment was about his claw, not a new patient appointment. Uh, what. Unwilling to give him a rabies shot or address the claw issue because they don't have time? I'm sure all those waiting would not have been put out by the extra 5 minutes it would have taken. But, yeah, not one patient there. There were more people in Dunkin.

I have 2 dogs that have been coming to this location for over a year now, and every visit has been smooth sailing! We use the wellness plans for both which is such a big help in covering expenses. Dr Loder and Dr Chapman have been the ones giving my dogs care and they are the friendliest vets I’ve ever met! They always take the necessary time to answer any questions I have

This is the absolute worst business I've ever dealt with in my life. My dog passed away 5 months ago, I called and informed these money suckers and they are still taking $90 a minute nth from me. Biggest scam I've ever seen. I guess it's time I contact an attorney...
