Wonderful experience! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this doctor at 10 plus. He recommended giving Zoe marshmallows to get her to take her pills. You see Zoe is eight and a half years old and has allergies. She has never taken any pill because you just will not. She's very smart and just will not take a pill. So when I left the office I left sad thinking she won't take her medicine and she will stay sick. The guess what I bought a bag of marshmallows so I tried it. She took her pills! It worked! I'm so happy! She feels better! I'm getting sleep now because she's not scratching all night long! This doctor is amazing he's so smart and very nice! I recommend this veterinarian office to everyone! And I learned a big lesson. Sometimes you have to trust the process and after 8 and 1/2 years of her not taking any pills she finally did. I thank the Lord that I listened to this doctor he was so smart! I did not even get his name. But I am I'm going to call and find out who he is and thank him personally. So hopefully he will read this review and if he does I want to say personally thank you sir for helping my Zoe girl!

Friendly staff. Very attentive to my dog, addressing any concerns. Gracie was not phased at all by her yearly shots!!

I love Westside Veterinary Clinic. I have been with this office for 15 years and I love the care and compassion that Dr. Anderson and the entire staff give my fur babies.

Chuck, Sylvia, and Dr. Andersen have always been amazing with my dogs. My recent visit was not the same. I understand prices on everything have gone up, but almost double what I usually paid is ridiculous for the level of care or lack there of that you get now. One tech was lovely, the other does not need to work with animals or people. She was so rude and seemed bothered by having to do her job. (Don't know her name, but long dark hair and glasses) The vet, one of the new ones, only saw my dogs for maybe 5 minutes. Long wait times, price, and level of care are terrible now. I only gave 2 stars because I know Dr. Andersen is still there and she is great.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This vet killed our puppy. I brought her in for her last puppy shots Monday and by Friday she was dead due to parvo. She was only ever taken out of the house to go to the vet for these vaccines. So thank you for making me explain to my 5 year old that when she came back from her dad’s that her puppy went to heaven. The receptionist could not care less that i was calling to tell them that they have parvo in their building and that they killed my dog. Beware !
