I can not say enough good things about Janice and Charles. These are two of the most genuine and caring people I've met. We had them help our German Shepherd cross the rainbow bridge at our home. They were compassionate, gentle, and so incredibly empathetic towards our situation. They somehow made one of our darkest days a little brighter. I called Friendly Faces mid November with questions and to schedule an appointment. I called again four days later having not heard back. I was told an appointment was set for December 3rd. I said I still had questions for before the visit, including getting a price. I received an email confirming my address. Then nothing. No response to phone calls. No show on the 3rd.

Our farm animals LOVE Dr. Clarkson, and Charles!! Charles always has a greeting hug, and our animals receive great care and treatment..whether it's one of our 5 great pyrenees, goats, or whatever else we may have at the time here, they all receive excellent care.

These guys are the best! Please don’t hesitate calling them! I had a concern for my baby goat, they got be squared away just a few hours later! I can’t rave on them enough!!!! I am so beyond grateful!

Friendly Faces fixed my Billy goat & oh my were they just wonderful. This Billy goat is very special to me so I had a million questions & they answered every single one with patience. Their kindness towards me & my boy was absolutely unmatched. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks for taking care of my boy!
