I scheduled a chat session for what I thought were constipation issues, just wanting to know how I could ease my cat's discomfort and help him pass the stool. Dr Ubell was very quickly able to assess that he likely had a different issue going on, and suggested he been seen asap. So I took him to avets where they confirmed her suspicion of a urinary blockage and were able to treat my cat. Without her assistance, I would have just thought it was constipation and not taken him in, very likely waking up to a dead cat the next day. Best $35 I've ever spent.
