I cannot say enough about my family's experience with Doorbell Vet. Our sweet Baylee girl was diagnosed with inoperable cancer on Halloween, and we were able to enjoy borrowed time, and one last holiday season with her for 2 1/2 months. When the time came for us to make that hard decision, we called Doorbell Vet to humanely euthanize our sweet girl. From initial phone call to after the procedure was complete, the staff handled our situation with the absolute most grace and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough, and will forever use and recommend their services. Thank you, Doorbell Vet, for making what was one of the hardest moments of our lives filled with kindness and tenderness.
SO much better experience than a normal vet. Normal vet visit takes the time of the drive, the time waiting with other anxious and sometimes a little aggressive animals, and everyone is stressed. Doorbell Vet is so chill and so much easier for both the pet and the owner. Staff is kind, gentle, relaxed, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cat happy with treats and hardly notices anything else. My vet going forward for sure. A bit more expensive for a single cat (but worth it), would be a no-brainer for a home with multiple pets.
I cannot say enough great things about Doorbell Vet. We started using them about 6 weeks ago for our elderly cat who absolutely hated going to the vet (but was clearly ill) and it made a world of difference. He was able to be seen at home without anxiety. Dr. Kaycee and Dr. Turner were both absolutely amazing - extremely kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our lovely kitty succumbed to his illness (not for lack of trying on Doorbell Vet's part) but Dr. Turner and Natalie helped him pass on with the utmost compassion, respect, and care. They were able to make a very hard situation a little bit better. We will continue to use Doorbell Vet as our primary vet for our other two cats and any future animals. I would highly recommend Doorbell Vet to any and all pet owners, but especially to those with anxious pets!
Dr Salama and Laura helped me today with an at-home euthanasia appointment for my sweet cat (kidney disease). They were very soothing overall, affectionate to my kitty, reassuring and respectful that I was making the best decision possible, informative (but not too many words, so it was easy to stay focused), very gentle and peaceful in administering the sedative and final injection. It was easy to make the appointment with the office staff (an email back to my initial inquiry then we texted which I appreciated!), an appointment was available in good time to minimize my kitty’s discomfort, and it was overall the most peaceful and soothing possible given the realities.
I can not say enough about how kind and compassionate every person is that works at Doorbell Vet. I met three different vets and techs and all of them were fantastic. They did everything they could to help my boy and make him comfortable. They did this with such compassion and kindness. In the end my dog was put to sleep and although so sad, they made this as easy on me as possible. They treated my family, my dog and myself with such respect in the situation. It was also so nice to have this done in our home where it was peaceful with no stress. Even the visits leading up to this were so helpful and truly made me feel like they cared. I one hundred percent recommend them and would use them again. Thank you for walking me through Koda’s end of life with dignity.
