My dog had been going there for a little over a year for echocardiograms. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Hall. She is so kind and so thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Milo was diagnosed with congestive heart failure about a month ago and Dr. Hall was so compassionate. She did everything she could to help him. She increased his medication to keep him comfortable and he seemed better. Unfortunately a couple weeks later, he got worse and I had to put him down. I received a card from Dr. Hall and her team and the vet who put Milo down. It was so sweet of them to send a card. If I get another dog, I would absolutely take her/him to see Dr. Hall again!

We had a few visits to the OP Vet Clinic during emergency situations. In Oct 2022, they were so helpful in stitching up Izzy’s ear after she was attacked (unprovoked) by a dog at the Knox Farm Bark Park. But this review is about another level of care. Last Sunday, we noticed our dog trembling uncontrollably and saw swelling in her eye. Clearly in pain, we rushed her to the vet. After initial analysis and bloodwork, we learned our sweet 13 yr old pup had acute kidney failure (along with an abscessed tooth). We opted to have her stay overnight to receive treatment, but the next day, her condition declined and she was actively dying. We were devastated and heartbroken, but Dr Bulega was incredibly kind and informative as we navigated the next steps to ease the suffering of our pup. The rainbow room gave us a private place to comfort Izzy as we came to terms with having to put her to sleep. We spent our last moments with her surrounding her with love as she passed peacefully under the guidance and care of Dr B. Thank you for making such a sudden loss less difficult. We miss her terribly but are grateful for the grace she was given in her final hours

This is for anyone that has to go through this. In all my Life this had to be one of the hardest decisions I had to make.😢 I had to humanely euthanize my dog (TURBO) He was 12 years old and unfortunately he couldn’t move anymore so I took him to this hospital because they were open on Sunday. I’ve never been there before, but they made this situation as peaceful as it could be and I have to Thank All the staff there, which includes the nurses,the doctors, for helping me through this terrible time. To all this may concern! if you ever have to go through this, Make this Hospital your choice, and It would be highly recommended by me. Now, I ask God to Bless my dog Turbo🤗❤️😢and help my family and I with grieving through this.

They are absolutely great! My pup had an emergency issue in the middle of the night and we called them instantly. They were very busy and didn’t have much room to fit in another dog. They tried other surrounding vets to see if they could get us in but the other vets said they were too busy. The lady called us back and immediately said to bring him to them and they will get him taken care of. We called them when we were about 2 minutes away and she was waiting outside ready to take care of him. Very great full my little guy was in great hands. Very nice people. The vet told us getting some test done would practically be a waste of money and to not go that route. I’ve been to a couple vets over the years with my dogs and some a truly money grabbers. Did not feel like that here. To whom ever was working on 1/5/25 night shift thank you very much, he is doing better!!!

OPVMC took wonderful care of our cat when we took him to the emergency clinic after an unfortunately grooming mishap. Everyone was very kind, and we were triaged within an hour of arrival. The stitches healed perfectly and we had no further complications. For transparency, we paid about $550 total for treatment. Highly recommend this group for any veterinary emergencies.
