I took my Judgee to the clinic for she was having constant seizure and my was hysterical not knowing what to do, as soon as we got there, like in the hospital there were quite a bit of dogs waiting, but as I have mention to the receptionist that it’s an emergency , Dr Cortes didn’t took his time to check my Judgee, we felt that Dr Cortes was also trying to calm my wife and assuring her that she will be fine, and with all the test it was just her sugar was very low, Dr Cortes somehow educate me and my wife how to deal with it if it happens again, the whole staff was attending to us to make sure they prioritize the most needy one like in the hospital if you tell them chest pain, you will be check first, so the whole staff of Mobile Veterinary, I would like to Thank you so much for being there when your love one really needs help. My dog was sick and had an emergency visit at the animal clinic. Dr. Cortes was prompt and communicative with me during the evaluation, interpretation of the test results, and the care plan. I have been going to Mobile Vet since the previous owner was running it. Both Dr. Nachamie and Dr Cortes are excellent vets. They both treated my German Shepherd like family. My dog Muneca needed a life saving surgery. I called other vets and they gave me high price and a long wait time. Dr. Cortes was willing to go out of his way to accommodate me same day and gave me a reasonable price. He was very attentive towards my pup. Even called couple times after to check on her status. Thanks to Dr. Cortes my baby is running around healthy and happy right now. I, truly, appreciate how caring and personable he is.
