The entire staff were the most professional caring and most of all passionate people I’ve come across in a long time. It was expensive so going forward we will get pet insurance. But on New Year’s Eve and day they helped clear our cat Simba’s blockage from having an inflamed bladder. They not only helped him heal but ensured he felt safe for that our lil family will be furever greatful

Came in after dog collapsed during walk after exhibiting abnormal twitching and behavior, Dr. D and team immediately rushed in and stabilized dog and made sure everything was transparent and explained everything as we worked on Lily. She was able to be stabilized after IV and got the all clear for discharge 10+ hours later. I was able to hang out by the dog the whole time and that was appreciated. after full blood work, Ultrasound, drug test and radiography We elected to treat her for suspected drug ingestion but it may have been a stroke (most likely now). Will continue to monitor. Thank you team for the urgent care to Lily.

My dog swallowed several things that caused an obstruction risk. Lucky I caught it early. The problem could have become much more serious. The doctors and staff at VEG in Williamsburg are efficient and friendly. They communicate extremely well, both in person and by phone and text. Surgery was possibly needed, but the doctors decided to try endoscopy first. That worked. They removed the object from my dog's stomach. My dog stayed 24 hours. Services are expensive, but in an emergency, worth it. Many thanks to Dr. Jones and Dr. Madill!

I can’t speak highly enough of VEG Williamsburg and the care Lucy received. Everyone was amazing and so compassionate from all the doctors, nurses, Vet techs and staff. Everyone that I dealt with I could tell that working at VEG was not just a job to them, it was their PASSION and they treat all their pet patients as if they were their pet. This meant so much to me and really put me at ease in trusting them with Lucy. I know that I chose the right place to bring Lucy to have her cared for. Dr. Hannah DeZara - Doctor who was on overnight shift when Lucy arrived. Thank you for your kindness, care you provided and clearly explaining the pyometra surgery and possible complications. Dr. Thea Madill and Dr. Matthew Chung- day shift doctors who performed the pyometra surgery. Thank you for your knowledge, magic hands and skill in the OR and keeping Lucy safe during her surgery. It is always nerve wracking when your pet (family member) has to have surgery and I couldn’t have asked for better surgeons and outcome. You guys were amazing. Last but certainly not least thank you to all staff, nurses and vet techs I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with whether on the overnight shift or day shift. You all are amazing.

My dog’s eye was bleeding, got us directly in and we saw a vet quickly. Excellent care, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Would utilize services again if needed. Highly recommend.
