The staff is super helpful, caring and polite. Their computerized waiting service is amazing! They did not make me feel any type of way for requesting copies of receipts, certificates, blood work results nor for going back to ask redundant questions. They are super busy and although the stress is present, since they want to take care of everyone, they still made me feel heard and taken care of. They also checked on the dogs via text and whenever I would stop by, to see if they were ok. Their dental work saved one of my dogs since he was starting to develop an infection and their breath is so much better. I got them all vaccinated and two of them operated as well, they are too old to have puppies. Beige long hair Apple head chihuahua named Chloe and Black long hair apple head/deer head chihuahua named Mickey, his mother brown deer head chihuahua Pebbles. 🫶 Thank you again for all of your help, if it was not for your services a lot more dogs would be abandoned at shelters for the inability to be able to financially give them medical care. The work you do is super appreciated. THANK YOU 🙏🏻🫶

Dr Lortz and Alex are extremely caring and thorough. Have brought both my kitten and adult dog for various things and it’s always a good experience. Highly recommend!

Caring and affordable service. I was able to be seen the day of when my cat had an eye infection. They text you 15 min before you are seen, but you should be open to wait up to an hour if they are running behind. I had the time and it was nice out so it wasn’t a problem for me or my cat.

Very nice vet, great prices and chill demeanor. Our cat had eye issues which can get pretty serious, we got an exam, eye staining (to check if we could use stronger medication) and the medication itself for $120 total. Within a day his eye was back to normal. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Vet Wheels! They provide high-quality, compassionate care for my cats, and I trust them completely. Dr. Lortz and his staff are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely honest and transparent, which means a lot when it comes to my pets’ health. I love that they work out of an RV to keep overhead costs low, making it possible to offer excellent services at truly affordable prices. It’s clear they put their heart into what they do, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy vet! The waitlist system is a minor inconvenience for such great care at such an affordable price!
