Happy Tails Veterinary Emergency Clinic

This place is entirely a joke compared to other veterinary hospitals. We took our dog here with upset GI symptoms got charged $1,300 and spent a complete 12 hours waiting. Every time we communicated it was always a discrepancy with time. Hours would go by after being told to wait 15 minutes. A phone call at 6:45 pm with a 10 minute wait for our dog to be on his way home has turned into an hour and a half with us calling in the middle of the wait being told it would be an additional 15 minutes that ended up taking an extra hour. So a total of 2 hours have passed compared to the 10 minute wait told at 6:45. Nothing they say you can take to the bank, it’s always subject to change leaving you left out to dry. If your animal is not dying your pet will be out on the back burner leaving you having an entire day tied up to be charged a large lump sum of money. Never again will I go to Happy Tails to leave with a frowning face.

I needed emergency euthanasia for my very sick elderly cat, Willow. All treatment options were exhausted. Her condition worsened on a Sunday. I was absolutely desperate and my vet is closed on weekends so I went to Happy Tails. They do not know me or my cat and treated me with the utmost compassion and empathy. They took time with me and my fur baby and explained the procedure with kindness and professionalism. They even handled the cremation. Every single person there served with excellence. Do not hesitate to bring your fur baby here. I saw Dr. Noureddine. She and her team lead me through this terrible situation with a gentle spirit. I always be grateful for the kindness they showed me and my cat on such a terrible day. Thank you all so much for all you did!! You are appreciated more than you know.

The staff took great care of Trevor when he needed their services. They were patient, took time to explain their findings and gave options for care. I highly recommend Happy Tails in an emergency!

I would absolutely recommend Happy Tails for emergency pet services to anyone who asks. We arrived with our sick fur baby and were met with nothing but kindness and compassion. They were very effective and clear communicators with us and eachother across the entire clinic. Unfortunately, we did not receive good news, but the staff was still lovely and caring to us and our beloved dog. I am grateful for the way they handled our situation and the care they clearly have for their furry patients and their human parents.

I cannot express how happy I am for finding Happy Tails. My poor baby girl has diabetes and had a seizure yesterday and freaked me out. I picked her up asap without hesitation and googled closest emergency vet in my car. Well one vet said we are closing and couldn't take her which I won’t get into right now. Lolol. Called Happy Tails and they sent me link to pre fill out info as I was on my way. Got there and was a few people in front of me and the wait was a little longer but they were not as fortunate as I was and my heart goes out to them. Assistant called me and walk me through a few questions with a nice calming voice(very important) and then doctor called me after. They took my baby and I waited nervously. Doctor Thomas called, had the softest voice, was such a sweat heart and cares so much during the call and explained all that was going on and what they did. We’ll have my baby back and doing well! I am forever grateful to them and the least I can do is write the review! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ all the staff and doctors there. They even gave her a certificate lolol. My puppy is doing great and gives me more love and kisses as she knows what went on and who took care of her! ❤️❤️
