My puppy was bitten by a rattlesnake on the weekend and I could not get a hold of my normal vet. I had a good friend recommend this place and when I called I got the vet herself! I told her what had happened and she met us up there at 1700 on a Saturday!! I can't say enough about this vet. She was amazing with my baby boy and even called the next day to see how he was. Highly recommend this vet!

I have a large reactive dog so it's a very stressful experience taking her to the vet. Miles City vet is so accommodating and try and make our visits as stress free as possible. I also have to give my dog a medication almost monthly. They started ordering the generic version for me, which is FAR cheaper than the name brand. On top of this, I had previously been quoted anywhere from $500 up to $1,000 starting for teeth cleaning from a couple other vets. Miles City Vet did it for under $300. They are not in the business to make a giant profit. They truly care about animals and making sure care is affordable and accessible. As long as I am in Miles City, this is the only vet I will go to.

Top notch care and compassion. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ryan and staff. Completely off the charts and would recommend to anyone.

I have used both vet services in town, and I won't bring my pets anywhere else but here. They absolutely LOVE my animals and care for them as if they were their own. I have had to say goodbye to two very old kitties, and they were so kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about MC Vet. Come here, don't go to the other one!
