Amazing people!! Helped me in a few different ways with my animals and even helped me when my car didn't start.. I'll drive an hour for their services any day still.. Thank you for your caring & having a bed side manner.. Your guys are a wonderful team...

We took our dog in last week and are extremely disappointed with the level of care provided. The staff was disorganized and unprofessional, and the vet appeared rushed. Our aging dog’s treatment plan was not explained, or even feasible. Despite our dog being able to walk in and “progressing” during his time in the office we were rushed and had to carry him out. The doctors had been great to us for many years but in caring for our dog in his last days this clinic could not meet my dogs needs. He was in pain after leaving this clinic until we found a vet with more compassion and time for his situation.

My girl has some teeth problems and when I took her to Big Sky Animal Clinic for a "dental" recently they pulled 5 teeth out of my two year old kittens mouth with out asking if that was okay... which made the bill way more that the initial quote I was given... I had to immediately take time off work to care for her. They then recommended me to go to Missoula after all of that for more specialized treatment. Id love if I could find someone I can trust to let me know what is truly going on with her and not have to take her on a road trip to Missoula to figure that out OR have a bunch of work done that i did NOT approve.

Very caring staff. Clean facilities. They go out of their way to make sure your pet doesn't interact with other pets (alternate entrance to keep them separated). My dog has leash aggression and gets upset when around other dogs. Dr. Edgren takes time to talk with you and answer questions. I never feel rushed.
