I just stopped in to make an appointment. The woman working the desk couldn’t even be bothered to say hello as she seemed intent on finishing whatever she was doing on the computer. She finished typing and crossed something off on her notepad still without acknowledging me. The phone rang and she answered it without saying a word to me. “I apologize, I’ll be with you in a moment,” would be an appropriate level of customer service. I’ve heard horror stories so Tessie goes to Beach for her care, but I simply wanted to inquire about purchasing some dog food locally. I hope these people never complain about people buying online or shopping out of town.

Honestly haven’t had a great experience with this vet clinic. You pay a fortune for nothing to be done right the first time. Between getting an appointment for something horribly wrong is over a week out. And after hours (emergency) Don’t bother trying. You get a voicemail and the mailbox is full. And never received a call back. I will say I highly recommend going to beach, nd. They called me back right away, made an appointment fast. We live in glendive but will much rather travel out of town to get excellent care for our pets. As Beach treats them like family!

The clinic made a way to see and care for our Lab when his paw was injured. Dr. Voss and her staff were so concerned and so gentle with him! Since we were 800 miles from home it was a blessing to be served by them all.

Took great care of our injured dog after hours. Definetely so grateful for a vet and tech that would take our call and work after hours, especially on an animal he has never seen before. Very grateful and would recommend to others.

Vets that specialize in your pet, or stock animal. Excellent service, fair prices and most personable staff and doctors. We've brought two generations of dogs here and are fully satisfied.
