Dr. Karen & her staff were phenomenal. At 5am Thanksgiving morning, I had to take my golden retriever in for a cough that developed out of nowhere. She sounded like a goose! We packed up & headed in where we were seen immediately. Normally pretty spunky, she was lethargic. Dr. Karen diagnosed her with kennel cough. (I had another golden recovering at home from pneumonia.). Confident she did not have pneumonia, my girl was given antibiotics and the equivalent of doggy Robitussin. She began to perk up within days and was back to herself in no time. For the record, I do keep my dogs up-to-date on their vaccinations. Both my dogs received their kennel cough vaccine approximately six months earlier. The vet informed us that cases of Kennel cough and pneumonia were increasing in Michigan. I am very thankful for Dr. Karen and her And will not hesitate to use them again in the future. 💖

Thank You for providing this 24 hour service! Bay Area provided my cat Cally just what she need last night without going through a night of suffering with an abscess on her jaw. Dr. Allana took care of my cat last night and I was very pleased with the outcome. My cats abscess was lanced and flushed and she has returned home with an antibiotic to help finish her recovery. There we two dogs there that also needed attention after having a run in with a porcupine on the trail with their owners. Again, thank you for providing this 24 hour service for all the pets out there that do not keep regular business hours for all of their medical needs.

We called and need to bring in two kittens they refused us. Allso told us they are refusing to see are other cats. This is very wrong. I guess they don't care about the animals specially cats. Because of them we had lost 2 cats because they just don't give a damn. one old guy from Florida just sat in a chair and absolutely did not give a damn. And lastly when are oldest cat was dying they told us they would have to put her asleep outside that's is just wrong. Who does that no one but them.

I give 0 stars my guinea pig might die BECAUSE YOU ONLY TAKE IN CATS AND DOGS! not a very good hospital 😔☹️☹️ Update: he did pass away of a brain tumor. No hate to this hospital at all.

Dr. Karen is great. However, Dr. Lavene is HORRIBLE! I would actually call before heading there to make sure my dog did NOT have to see him.
